"Check-in is very friendly. Children under 12 years old do not need an extra bed and receive extra breakfast. The room has a typical American design that is clean and simple. There is a Tim Hortons fast food restaurant to the left of the hotel exit. The experience is very good and it is worth recommending."

"It was my second time staying at this hotel. There were two things I really needed to mention. First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.” I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy. After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in. Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before. The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲 The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor. The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though."

"The most satisfying hotel in Canada during the trip, five days of accommodation, green trees full of windows, warm water for feet, and breakfast bags during the epidemic. Two bottles of mineral water a day, kind staff, will come again if there is a chance!"

"The hotel is in Surrey and it takes about 30 minutes to drive out of Richmond (no traffic jams). The hotel has complete facilities. In addition, even during the COVID-19 period, a free and rich breakfast will be provided for you to bring your room food. I will only give four copies for my two children, which is worth staying again."

"The hotel itself is good, but the staff was extremely unprofessional and did not reflect Marriott standards. Interactions felt more like dealing with a low-budget motel than a premium brand. Booking policies are very rigid. Even after staying several nights, the hotel refused to allow any date modification when my plans changed. They also refused to refund the night I did not stay and did not return the parking fee either, stating that the reservation was prepaid. This was disappointing, especially since the third-party booking service contacted the hotel directly and I was present at the front desk at the time. Despite this, the staff denied any adjustment and showed little willingness to help. Overall, the lack of professionalism and flexibility significantly impacted my experience. I hope Marriott management reviews this, as it does not reflect the standards the brand is known for."

"The room was fine but it was not what I thought it was going to be. It is more like a hostel. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. As we were there for a function in ocean park area the location was awesome."

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff did not disturb during the stay. The breakfast provided was simple but coffee, bread, and eggs were available. The taste was good. There was no Chinese service. The guests were basically foreigners, but they were all friendly. Parking is convenient, there is no supporting facilities around, if there is no car to travel, it will be a little trouble."

"Location, rooms are excellent just for vegetarians only baked beans, fried potatoes, oat meal and some breads os the option everyday in breakfast so it becomes monotonous."
