Vernon Hotels with Wifi

"Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays."

"Pretty dated and not very well maintained. The phone in our room was dead. Water seemed to be leaking out from the bottom of bathtub. Upside was a good size Queen bed. The breakfast spread was very basic; toast, pancake, coffee, apple juice, oatmeal, milk and yogurt."

"I have been coming to Vernon Lodge since 1978 and it has been close to 50 years. I am impressed with the location of indoor pool and hot tub and the easy accessibility from the pool side room, it would be great for kids and seniors. The hotel restaurant serves great menu and the Brixx Pub is an amazing venue for drinks and night cap. Overall the service is professional and efficient. The registration wait time for me was less than 5 minutes and the hostess was very caring. I plan to return here next year with my grand kids."

"Great location with a Denny's restaurant attached. Building is older however and there is no elevator. The king sized beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean and well furnished. Would have given more stars if they allowed people to collect the rewards points when booking through a 3rd party website but they do not allow this according to the lady who checked me in. All around, nice stay, very quiet and comfortable. Will be back for sure."
