"Service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff - everything was top-notch. Even the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it. The spa area is excellent."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und auch genug gross. Auch das Bett war bequem. Einzig das Badezimmer war schlecht und nach dem Duschen komplett nass, evtl könnte man dieses bald renovieren. Ansonsten alles gut, besonders das reichhaltige Frühstück!"

"They were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!"

"😃 Un bel hôtel avec un bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner merveilleux. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Nous avions une chambre au calme et spacieuse. 🙁 Le jacuzzi dont l’eau n’était même pas tiède ; pas de chaînes TV en français. Seulement en Allemand ou Italien ou anglais. Un peu dommage pour les francophones ! Pour un 4 étoiles dommage que pas d’aide pour monter les valises alors qu’il y a un petit escalier avant de pouvoir prendre l’ascenseur pour nous monter à notre chambre."

We can recommend the hotel Waldhouse the warmest. We were very friendly, had a beautiful, clean and maintained room. The Spa area is large, top-modern and excellently equipped. Breakfast buffet was also top. The hotel is free of charge from the train station and to the train station. Price-performance ratio is absolutely true. We are happy to come back!

The hotel is in the center of Davos. It is convenient to go to the main venue of Davos Forum. It is a small city in Davos. There is not much scenery except for forums and skiing. The hotel is quite satisfactory and OK.

There is a parking lot, although we brought the children, but did not ask for an extra bed, the hotel is in a good location, suitable for children, the hotel restaurant is very good, especially the fish, super delicious

Was here for a conference. Very friendly staffs and the rooms were decent. Comfy beds and pillows. No A/C but it wasn't really necessary as the weather was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, check-in was a bit chaotic. No effort was made to check whether the rooms were ready an hour before the official check-in began. The crowds were accordingly large. As there is no air conditioning in the hotel, the rooms are very warm on some hot days despite the altitude of Davos. It is therefore all the more surprising to have a very warm blanket in bed in the summer. Half board was fine. But breakfast was overrun by bus tourists. All in all, unfortunately, not a 4-star experience this time. This hotel is better outside of peak season or on days without bus tourists.
