"This hotel is located on the opposite side of the rail tracks, Hbf, or the Altstadt, making there will be challenging for those don't like 15mins walking, and especially if you have a lot of luggages or if it's raining/snowing. Maybe it's catered for tour groups or people driving. My room is located on the ground floor, which looks on the plan are mostly the wheelchair accessible rooms (shower toilet bigger than the bedroom). Not much amenities so be sustainable and bring your own. Self-service buffet, not luxury, but adequate for the day. Staff are polite and helpful."

"Pros: Short walk from the Central Station, directly opposite the Porta Nigra, within short walking distance from the main tourist sites and many dining options nearby. Its location is unparalleled Cons: As pointed out by other reviewers, room and furniture is very outdated. There is only a bath-tub to take a shower so do note if one has mobility issue. Biggest issue for me was the pillows: it was so soft I got a neck-ache after 2 nights, and the air-con was not working during a relatively warm summer, fortunately the window could be opened, otherwise it would have been a disaster!!!"

"We arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, and there was a little brother waiting for us. The suite in the room was great. But there is a German aunt at the front desk. Great murder, we went to dinner in the morning, said that there was no reservation for children, shouting at the restaurant. When I checked out, I went to pay the bill. I had to say that the four of us had charged us 200 euros. In fact, we had two adults with a 12-year-old child. After I explained to her, she changed the fee, but she had a bad attitude. We were in-house guests and were not enemies. This hotel is the best hotel in the town, there is such a front desk, sorry!"

"Small hotels in small towns, the whole town is within an hour’s walk, so even if the hotel is slightly remote (on the other side of the river), it does not affect too much. The heating in the room is relatively good, and the attitude of the waiter is the same as the arrogant German. Anyway, if the positioning is a budget hotel, the requirements are not particularly high, not bad."

"Since all the attractions were closed the day before yesterday, I didn't see the former residence of Marx, who had the highest expectations for the trip to Germany. I was not reconciled and returned! The hotel’s breakfast is good and rich, as well as instant noodles. When checking in, the front desk asked the hotel to email the reservation form received when booking the hotel, and emphasized the importance. This 20-day trip to Germany is the only one that needs to send a reservation form to the hotel. Please pay attention to check-in"

Unexpectedly, I didn't expect this place to be the hometown of Karl Marx. I got up early in the morning and went to the town to experience the local culture. The hotel has a great location with parking. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the former home of Marx. It is worth mentioning that the former residence of Marx is directly opposite a red tavern. Go in and see the people, things, and wine that have been broadcast on the Internet...

The location is super in the middle of the city. But there is no airco, the 3 days we stayed here was 32°C without airco and a room right under the black roof were sad. The towels on the room were full of dirty places.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen um zum Beispiel die SWT Arena zu erreichen. Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich, die Speisen wirklich sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und ausgesprochen gut. Die Betten, jedenfalls die in Zimmer 15, echt miserabel. Wir reisen viel, aber sowas habe ich seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr erlebt. Kuba, Kenia, Ägypten… selbst da waren die Betten deutlich moderner und bequemer.

Very nice front desk staff gave restaurant recommendations and advice on transport. Updated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. It’s a bit of a walk on cobblestone paths if you arrive by bus or train, so keep that in mind when travelling with a heavy suitcase or multiple bags. Some rooms are accessed via a small flight of stairs and have windows that open out to a noisy alley.

A l'arrivé on reçoit une bouteille en verre avec laquelle on peux gratuitement se servir toute la journée à un distributeur d eau . Le déjeuner en forme de buffet est top avec un large choix . 非常典型的商業化、無人服務公寓。房間很大，靠近莫澤河邊，各種烹飪、晾曬設備都有，適合家庭居住，推薦陽台房！ 兩個大問題：1.很難找，因為幾乎沒有臨街的招牌，以至於我們就在酒店50米範圍內問了很多人，都不知道，實際很靠近旁邊的假期快捷。2.無人值守。過了11點就會自動鎖門了，因此沒法存行李，衹適合過夜或是連住兩晚。
