Although the facilities fulfilled the expectations of households and comfort, it was a major failure for our 15th plenary to have no internet connection on television or to adjust this service to the We have a great deal of ability to provide a better connectivity if you wish to do so. If they clarify it will avoid future customers what happened to me, buy capsules I couldn't use. One aspect of the stay that we thought was better is the availability of a large bed and not two together to cover our express request. All over the way is perfect and very happy with the soundlessness and how to control energy with the door and/or window detection system.

Great location - short walk from the Cathedral and Calle del Laurel and with a supermarket next door. Room was very warm (early November - was 10-16 celcius outside) with only heating available in the rooms. And no air circulation. Had to open the window. Parking was available but was super narrow - drove a Renault Captur and it was very tight. To be fair, the hotel did recommend parking at another car park nearby.

This is our second time staying at this hotel because of its excellent location (in the center of the pinchos district) and the exquisite decoration of the rooms. It does not have its own parking lot, but you can park your car in a public parking a few meters away (the hotel will give you a discount)

Location is perfect, convenient for everything. Staff was very friendly and speak good English. The only negative point was, the mini-bar or the small refrigerator was not functioning. We bought six-packs of beer for our stay but ended up drinking room temperature beer… Other than that, very good and clean hotel.

The hotel is very central, near all the bars and restaurants, Calle Laurel too but it was quiet at night. It has its own underground car park as well. The staff are really kind and helpful. There's a Cafe right next to the hotel with excellent coffee and pastries. The food in the bars and restaurants in the city center is very good.

I have come to this hotel several times and I'm getting more and more happy. I used the restaurant attached to the accommodation and admire the professionalism of the staff, their speed and good ways, despite the own screening of the site, the staff always have a moment for you and your needs. The hotel is a good hotel for the best of the hotel.
