"Lovely hotel to stay in for a couple of nights. Location is a little bit far from places so it is best to have a hire car to do fuji sightseeing day trips.
Right next to 2 conbinis which was great for food options as the restaurant didn’t have any vegan food unfortunately.
Super close drive to beautiful waterfall/rive and caves to check out."

"Amazing hotel with the Fuji View from the room, don’t
have to travel to viewpoints just to see Fujisan. Toilet is nicely segregated and the room is super big and spacious that I can open my luggages freely. The free public bath is amazing with different options for onsen and sauna room. Location is good, right beside Gotemba premium outlet so shopping was very convenient. But if you are not driving, might be difficult for you to get food at night .. Nearest 7-11 is quite a walk as its located deep inside Gotemba premium outlet."

"🗻 Location:
The hotel offers a very clear and beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The scenery is truly stunning. However, the hotel is located a bit far from supermarkets and convenience stores, so having a car would make it much more convenient.
🍽️ Food:
On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, there are complimentary light snacks provided, which is a very nice touch. The chef was very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the taste was decent.
🧼 Cleanliness:
The room was very clean, and the bed was soft, warm, and comfortable.
🧴 Amenities:
Guests can freely pick up amenities near the elevator. There is also free hot and cold water available downstairs, which is very convenient.
🧺 Laundry:
The washing machine service was slightly expensive.
👩💼 Staff:
Most of the staff appeared a bit serious, but they were still professional and provided good service. However, they did not smile much or proactively give recommendations as much as I expected."

"The hotel breakfast was delicious, especially the clam rice! 👍 The room wasn't huge, but I could see Mount Fuji from the window when I opened the curtains in the morning. I stayed for three days and went to the outlet mall all three days, but didn't find much. The best udon noodles were at the food court; I'd come back to Gotemba just for that udon! There's a free shuttle from the hotel to the outlets and also a free shuttle to Lake Kawaguchiko, but the earliest one is at 8:30 AM. The earliest shuttle to Lake Yamanakako is at 7:45 AM, which is too late to catch the sunrise. Next time, I'll book a hotel in Lake Yamanakako for two nights."

"Things i like:
Location super good, just around 5mins walk to the bus terminal for the shuttle to Gotemba Premium Outlet.
Staffs are friendly and helpful
The hot bath is quite nice
Free drinks and udon
If the weather is good sky is clear, Mount Fuji can be viewed right away.
Things i don’t like:
Bathroom is compact and the toilet is so tiny that unless you have a micro D, you are going to manual drive every time you sit on it
The ventilation is weak almost none, so the room is moist and smell"

Much appreciated for the little surprise for our honeymoon trip. You can enjoy the Mt. Fuji view in ur room at anytime and it was amazing experience. Beyond the view, the room was fine and larger than expected.
The hotel owned a garden which was also really good for enjoy sun bath in the morning.
Overall recommended"

"The twin room was spacious and bright with two windows, but unfortunately we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the clouds.
We were able to use the large public bath on the first floor, which was very pleasant.
It was a shame that the welcome drink time had passed while we were out for dinner. I wish we could have enjoyed it after checking in.
I was happy with the coffee service next to the front desk."

"Highly recommend this hotel, though the building looks weird but the view from the hotel rooms, onsen and the free lounge was amazing. However this place is only accessible if you have a vehicle. The public Bath had two outdoor tubs with beautiful view of the Mt fuji. I have stayed with the hotel next to outlet before, in comparison, this was so much quieter, less crowds and better view."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Dormy Inn. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The onsen was definitely a highlight, clean, relaxing, and well maintained, great view of Mount Fuji!
The only downside was that there wasn’t a restaurant open for dinner, which would have been really convenient after a long day out.
Other than that, everything was excellent and I would happily stay here again."
"The edit x seven hotel is designed to allow travelers to enjoy their trips more casually. It offers a curated and sophisticated experience focused on freedom, spontaneity, and enjoying 'a life true to oneself.' A major feature of the hotel is that most rooms offer close-up views of Mount Fuji, with some exceptions. Additionally, the hotel includes rooms with saunas, penthouse suites, and extensive facilities such as private saunas and a hypoxic gym called 'LOX-Fit'.
"The hotel is new and very clean, and the room is spacious with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji right from inside. It's fully equipped with a stove, pot, and cutlery, which was super convenient since there aren't many restaurants nearby. We ended up having hot pot in the room for dinner. There's also a 24-hour gym and plenty of parking spaces. For breakfast, it's a semi-buffet style where you order one main dish, and then you can have unlimited salads, soup, drinks, and more. The food was quite good too."

2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant.
Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms.
Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.
GGuest UserThe environment was very comfortable and chill. The tents were spotless, the private bathroom was impeccably clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The BBQ dinner was delicious, and the simple breakfast was also well-balanced! Even if you cook yourself, the facilities are complete, which I'm very satisfied with 👍🏻 I really loved it!
The best part was waking up to a view of Mount Fuji from my room, and having breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji again – it made me so happy! 😃
It's convenient if you have a car; it's a 7-minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlets and a 7-8 minute drive to the supermarket.
RReinhardtastreaIs a comfortable and well‑located base for a Mt Fuji adventure, with easy access to both the Subashiri and Gotemba trails. The property offers many great amenities, and I especially appreciated how easy it was to borrow an umbrella — a small but thoughtful gesture during three straight days of rain.
The buffet breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes to start the day right. I also liked the eco cleaning option, which rewards you with two drink tokens — a nice way to encourage sustainable choices. Overall, this hotel combines convenience, comfort, and great service, making it an excellent choice for hikers and travellers alike.
CCHENG CHIN ENGPoor language for front desk.
Bad face show us when check in.
Need improve in communicate with customer.
Bad attitude showing on lady with Wearing glasses.
Very bad experience for us.
Make a trouble for our family with kids.
Will definely NOT COME BACK AGAIN.
HHeiouhey oh~This is my second stay here, and hands down, it's the best hotel in the Kanto region, considering the views, location, and price. The hotel dates back to 1895, even a year older than my university! The same lovely and kind old gentleman was at the front desk for check-in; he was so friendly and even gave my child a small gift. Absolutely perfect! They also have a free microwave for guest use, which is very convenient!
AAnonymous UserOverall, I'm satisfied. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, even featuring a private indoor hot spring tub, though I didn't get around to using it. I suspect it was a later addition, and from my photos, it looks like the hotel might have originally been in the building with the large logo in front, but the map hasn't been updated. It's actually in the building behind where I'm pointing now, so don't make the mistake of going to the wrong one! The main draw was the affordable price. We were exhausted from shopping at Gotemba and booked it last minute for less than 300 yuan. Some rooms, like ours, offered views of Mount Fuji, though they were partially obstructed by other buildings. If you walk a bit further from the hotel to the open field, you can capture a beautiful panoramic view of Mount Fuji. It's quite close to Gotemba Premium Outlets but a bit out of the way, making taxis inconvenient. However, you can walk about 1 km to catch the free shuttle bus for the Outlets; just follow your navigation.
LLaura.conGreat value for money, room had a view of Mount Fuji which was so so beautiful!!!
About 10 min walk to the station to get the bus or train to many parts of Japan.
Great for a solo traveller as much cheaper than places near the tourist hotspots but good transport links.
GGuest UserEvery year when I visit Tokinosumika, I see this accommodation. I've always wanted to stay there, and my dream finally came true. The inside was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved it! Being able to use the Kirakubo baths as much as we wanted was the absolute best part! The only thing was that the lighting felt a bit dim, but that was fine too. I definitely want to stay here again!!
QQuo LeI wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day.
There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children.
The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!
GGuest UserThe good points include a pretty good location, not far from the main outlet mall. We weren't prepared for what awaited us; upon entering the hotel, we weren't greeted, but instead, someone just shouted out our room number and that it would be opened shortly. The entrance area wasn't very clean, but that's a minor detail. After entering the room itself, an overwhelmingly unpleasant smell of stale smoke hit us—this was probably the biggest downside. Then you start noticing various 'details': a meticulously packaged used ******* in a bag, and on the bottom shelf of the desk, some 18+ themed magazines. When we booked this hotel, there was no 'Adult-only' disclaimer, which caused a bit of a surprise. Overall, if you're not bothered by the smell of smoke and various adult paraphernalia, and you're traveling without children, I think it's okay for one night. We're giving this hotel a 6/10 and moving on to the next one.
