"Lovely hotel to stay in for a couple of nights. Location is a little bit far from places so it is best to have a hire car to do fuji sightseeing day trips. Right next to 2 conbinis which was great for food options as the restaurant didn’t have any vegan food unfortunately. Super close drive to beautiful waterfall/rive and caves to check out."

"Amazing hotel with the Fuji View from the room, don’t have to travel to viewpoints just to see Fujisan. Toilet is nicely segregated and the room is super big and spacious that I can open my luggages freely. The free public bath is amazing with different options for onsen and sauna room. Location is good, right beside Gotemba premium outlet so shopping was very convenient. But if you are not driving, might be difficult for you to get food at night .. Nearest 7-11 is quite a walk as its located deep inside Gotemba premium outlet."

"🗻 Location: The hotel offers a very clear and beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The scenery is truly stunning. However, the hotel is located a bit far from supermarkets and convenience stores, so having a car would make it much more convenient. 🍽️ Food: On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, there are complimentary light snacks provided, which is a very nice touch. The chef was very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the taste was decent. 🧼 Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the bed was soft, warm, and comfortable. 🧴 Amenities: Guests can freely pick up amenities near the elevator. There is also free hot and cold water available downstairs, which is very convenient. 🧺 Laundry: The washing machine service was slightly expensive. 👩💼 Staff: Most of the staff appeared a bit serious, but they were still professional and provided good service. However, they did not smile much or proactively give recommendations as much as I expected."

"The hotel breakfast was delicious, especially the clam rice! 👍 The room wasn't huge, but I could see Mount Fuji from the window when I opened the curtains in the morning. I stayed for three days and went to the outlet mall all three days, but didn't find much. The best udon noodles were at the food court; I'd come back to Gotemba just for that udon! There's a free shuttle from the hotel to the outlets and also a free shuttle to Lake Kawaguchiko, but the earliest one is at 8:30 AM. The earliest shuttle to Lake Yamanakako is at 7:45 AM, which is too late to catch the sunrise. Next time, I'll book a hotel in Lake Yamanakako for two nights."

"Things i like: Location super good, just around 5mins walk to the bus terminal for the shuttle to Gotemba Premium Outlet. Staffs are friendly and helpful The hot bath is quite nice Free drinks and udon If the weather is good sky is clear, Mount Fuji can be viewed right away. Things i don’t like: Bathroom is compact and the toilet is so tiny that unless you have a micro D, you are going to manual drive every time you sit on it The ventilation is weak almost none, so the room is moist and smell"

"We stayed here for one night right after the fireworks. Much appreciated for the little surprise for our honeymoon trip. You can enjoy the Mt. Fuji view in ur room at anytime and it was amazing experience. Beyond the view, the room was fine and larger than expected. The hotel owned a garden which was also really good for enjoy sun bath in the morning. Overall recommended"

"The twin room was spacious and bright with two windows, but unfortunately we couldn't see Mt. Fuji due to the clouds. We were able to use the large public bath on the first floor, which was very pleasant. It was a shame that the welcome drink time had passed while we were out for dinner. I wish we could have enjoyed it after checking in. I was happy with the coffee service next to the front desk."

"Highly recommend this hotel, though the building looks weird but the view from the hotel rooms, onsen and the free lounge was amazing. However this place is only accessible if you have a vehicle. The public Bath had two outdoor tubs with beautiful view of the Mt fuji. I have stayed with the hotel next to outlet before, in comparison, this was so much quieter, less crowds and better view."

"Overall, I had a great stay at Dormy Inn. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The onsen was definitely a highlight, clean, relaxing, and well maintained, great view of Mount Fuji! The only downside was that there wasn’t a restaurant open for dinner, which would have been really convenient after a long day out. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is new and very clean, and the room is spacious with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji right from inside. It's fully equipped with a stove, pot, and cutlery, which was super convenient since there aren't many restaurants nearby. We ended up having hot pot in the room for dinner. There's also a 24-hour gym and plenty of parking spaces. For breakfast, it's a semi-buffet style where you order one main dish, and then you can have unlimited salads, soup, drinks, and more. The food was quite good too."
