"I thought it was nice, underfloor heating, a large room, everything was new. There were only two things I didn't understand: why were there only hand towels, and why were the pillows so small? Other than that, there were complimentary items: coffee, juice, toast, everything was complimentary."

"So my review will be a bit complicated. Basically, the issues you read about on other reviews are legitimate, but the staff is very friendly and will do their best to take care of you and respond to any concerns. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room which was much better, and also had a bath which I was hoping for with my first room. To be honest, depending on the time of day, the smoke smell can be found in various parts of the hotel. I also had an issue where a glass door on the bathroom was touching the floor and unable to be opened. They fixed this within a few hours. The location is more convenient to travel by bus and then transfer to a subway. It is somewhat outside of Seoul so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, there is good shopping and food nearby without walking very far. I think the fact that a hotel has problems is not bad if they take positive steps to fix it, and they did a good job of that during my trip. Based on that I would consider staying again."

"Bobos Uiwang Hotel gave us a pleasant stay with great service and beautiful rooms. The friendly and clean facilities of the staff were impressive, the location was convenient, and there were many shops and restaurants around, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable trip. Next time I go to Uiwang, I will choose this hotel again. I recommend it!"

"The hotel is in a very good location, nearby there are lots of food, supermarket, market and it's quite near the Uiwang station. The room are not extrememely clean before I go in. Also sometimes some smoke smells come into the room. Maybe perfect for a night or two, and for couples or solo male travelers."

"訂的一大一小雙人床，整體來說還是很滿意的，酒店對麪就是地鐵，旁邊就是商業街，雙層隔音玻璃，沒有噪雜聲，服務人員也很熱情，下次去還會繼續住，最好網上訂，現場續了一晚上，比網上貴了50元，因為語言不通，就沒有去計較了。這裏的地鐵到明洞需要換乘一次地鐵，大概需要一小時的時間"

"They took care of maintenance and even provided parking. If you need to stay nearby, this is the first place to look into booking. Above all, it's really nice to have a non-smoking room."
