Stayed in this hotel multiple times. Great location with lots of eateries and convenient shops within walking distance. There is also a large food court and market opposite. Room size is reasonable and bed is extreme comfortable. There is a security guard at the entrance at night. Friendly and helpful staffs to make my stay even better.

Stay during wednesday and there is night market just opposite and nearby alot of coffee shop. Strategic location

The location of the hotel is good as there are a lot of shop nearby such as kk and family mart! The room is big but can feel some items is quite old! The room is quite clean! However sound insolation is quite bad as I keep heard ppl walking and open the door! For a budget hotel is consider acceptable!

The front desk staffs are friendly, the room is clean and big. It was a comfortable stay but it could be improved if they have air refresher in the room. As the room has no windows, there’s no proper air ventilation going on, so there is some smell there.

Good location with easily access to food. Location is close to my working area, not really going into city centre. Room is decently clean and tidy. Facilities in the room are good condition and the response from counter for change of defected items is quick.

Overall the environment and service is ok. Only that no fridge for us to store and poor sound insulation.

Hair dryer spoiled, but managed to get a replacement. Towel was dirty. Room wise is good, convenient location

Location is good. Nearby hotel got many chinese restaurant and morning have pasar pagi. It is near to Sam Poh Tong temple and Guan Yin cave. The room is clean. But when we check in room found that have a towel hanging in the cupboard. The housekeeping department please take noted on this.
