Ramazan and Omer were absolutely excellent waiters on the terrace, all the bar staff were very attentive, the cleaning ladies were so polite and efficient, the pools were spotlessly clean couldn’t fault the holiday at all, would definitely come here again.

Going to be 100% honest about my review The hotel is okay, the rooms are outdated and there was no working air con in our room. The location is bad there is nothing around for miles 30 mins to nearest town. Food was absolutely awful, I ate chips and pizza for dinner basically every night as nothing was appealing at all, snacks in evening after 10pm is what’s left from dinner and is cold and dreadful. Staff are very friendly and do make the hotel experience better. Cleanliness, I would not say it’s that clean there are dangerous stray dogs and cats all around the hotel even in the restaurant some times and barking and attacking each other near the kids disco which made us felt very on edge all evening so could not relax. Do not come here if you do not like dogs as security was useless at removing them. I have complained to love holidays they refused to give any refund at all , despite being scammed by hotel. I paid £100 for a room upgrade for my partner as it was her birthday. I was sold, “flowers in the room and petals on the bed, cake, candles, birthday card and a bottle of champagne”. What I received was flowers with no vase or water, disgusting chocolate cake from the all inclusive restaurant no petals on bed no candles no card and the bottle of champagne was from the all inclusive bar” I wasn’t expecting a bottle of Crystal or Moet but I could of walked down to the restaurant and done this myself for free so I effectively paid £100 for some roses that died the next day due to no water or vase. The staff make you pay in cash not card which makes me think it’s a scam they even drive you themselves to a cash machine which is a good service but looking back I think I was scammed. I had very enjoyable times and great experiences.The team was very friendly all the time and helping for all my needs.The room was very clean and comfortable,the restaurants were very good.Especially beach was very good and you can have delicious cocktails.Thanks to all Kairaba Bodrum team for everything ❤️❤️❤️

I recommend it absolutely. the food was delicious, the entire crew was phenomenal, everyone was helpful. Mr. Emrah Akaydin and Mr. Mert particularly stand out. I heartily recommend it. the hotel is well-kept and well-run. feeling of security and care, which is important for a foreigner

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We ate delicious food, were well taken care of by the hotel hosts, there are plenty of activities, great beach and walking paths. There is even a doctor that we had to go to twice as we have a small child, he too and all the staff were super nice.
