Great trip! We enjoyed it a lot! Great service, we love our room (ocean front) the only issue that we had is that we didn’t have access to internet through wifi

1. Can’t watch the sunset
2. 3,000 per night is expensive and there is no breakfast.

check in agent wasnt very friendly. phones in room didnt work. tv outdatred for price you pay would expect a little more modern. room was nice though

We loved the property! Our room was clean and well furnished. The grounds were beautiful. The pool and the “beach” were clean and we had 2 1/2 lovely days out there. We will absolutely be back.

JORDAN.
Tagged along w my husband who was here for a conference. The resort itself is ok…for the price of the room ($1000 ) I expected more but I guess it is par for the Keys.
The bartender, Jordan, made it all worth it, tho. Literally the most fun, attentive and personable staff member I’ve ever met. I would come back solely for him!

This is our third stay at this resort and we find it to be the best in the area. They offer all the amenities you’d expect and the restaurant quality is really great.

Staff are poorly trained and many were sullen. No smile or welcome at check-in. Some were downright indifferent bordering on rude. Given the prices I would expect warmer hospitality.

Staff lethargic. Breakfast area was not clean. Had to ask several times for coffee and then was charged separately for mediocre cup of coffee. Never seen that on a breakfast bill except for specialty coffees.
