The room was clean as pictures posted. The ceiling in the room is very high, so it was very spacious and comfortable. The Marmara Sea was visible from the window, which was very beautiful. The hotel staff are very friendly and thank you very much for helping me.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The service quite good. The environment is perfect. The location is in the middle of center.the hotel have a good servicer. 10 points.

Hotel room is not clean properly I booked jacuzzi suit but jacuzzi is not work there no phone in room for which we can contact to reception WiFi is not work the door of washroom is broken shower is broken

We were looking for hotel with parking that not too far away from istanbul and this hotel meets the criteria since we can only return our car on the next day and istanbul's parking is very expensive. The hotel seems new - the room was comfortable and the staff at the lobby was very helpful. I only stayed for one night hence not looking for shops or restaurant nearby. If you are concern about eatery, you may want to do some checking first.

I understand why the review score is low The building is clean and close to the metro. Other than that, everything else is a downside Nearby, there is also a restaurant and an automobile complex. I'm not even one housekeeper, I'm the one in the bathroom. Bichu Hammi Day

There was no place to hang a jacket or a hair dryer, which should be in every hotel room.

The spa was not in use, which is what I had booked there for. this was also not mentioned when booking. I wanted my money back, but couldn't reach trip.com customer service.

A very please and comfortable stay, excellent value for money in my view! Convenient near metro is you fly via SAW airport. For the owner - please fix thr description of the room: my room was supposed to be 25 sq m but in reality its around 15!!! Other notes: If you want fresh air with windows open - be aware of the road noise (I could not sleep even with ear plugs so I had to shut the window). There is some small issue with sewage - he sure to flush your toilet regularly or you may or might get some smell you do not want to. Currently the condition is nearly perfect otherwise, the hotel is new. Near metro.

It was very clean and comfortable. It really worth the price that I have paid for. Everything in the room was completely new and it had a feeling that we were the first ones using the room.

Apparently only the lobby is cleaned. The room was in an unbelievably dirty state. There were socks and other things from previous guests in and under the bed. The hotel is so thin that you can easily hear your neighbors talking at normal volume. In addition, the shower was moldy, there was no hairdryer available and the button for flushing the toilet was regularly stuck. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity (not included in the rating). Only the metro to the airport or to Kadikoy, which is 5 minutes away, is worth a single star. We left early and found happiness elsewhere!!!

The walls were so thin that everything said and done in the next room could be heard. A very sullen and dissatisfied officer greeted us at the reception at our check-in time. The fact that there was no authorized person at the hotel in the evening left both the reception and us in a difficult situation. We wanted to change our room because we were uncomfortable with the room next door, and they sent us clean sheets.
