Nice place with nice helpful staff as well. Once you enter, they will share with you not just your room and the hotel, but places to go and visit as well, even their own recommendations. Room was a little small though but still nice

It is nice hotel with terrace on top floor, room was clean and big. The breakfast is medium, I think need some more dishes. The only one big problem was WiFi, was on and off all the time. So far it is good hotel , not far from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque , so location is perfect.

The room is small, but functional, with a nice view of the rooftop.

The hotel staff is sincere, warm and considerate. They return the lost items. The recommended boat trip is 25 euros per person and is very convenient. The room is clean and the terrace has a good view. You can walk to the scenic spot. When you are tired, you can rest and go to the bathroom before setting off. The restaurant recommended by the manager is also very good. The WiFi signal in the room is not good, but the public area is OK. The car booked at the hotel is 40 euros for 58 kilometers to the airport.

A charming Hotel with a wonderful staff we had a beautiful room overlooking the sea, and the breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. I would definitely come back again.

I returned after several previous stays at the Hotel Artefes and am so happy that I did! Lovely, spacious, and very clean room; excellent location; delicious breakfast; and best of all the kind and helpful staff. My friend lost a purse with cash, and they miraculously got it back to her. Above and beyond! Thank you, Salman and Tarik! I hope to return soon.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. This hotel has breakfast included and is overall very good. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. Mert is an amazing host, and very friendly. If only the mattresses were comfortable I would have given it more that 5 starts. Overall, great experience staying there, and I would recommend it.

Quiet area, few steps from Hagia Sofia, Basilica, etc. Spacious and clear room. Taxi service (extra) for/to the airports. I didn't try breakfast.

Had a great stay! Staff was accommodating and helpful. Rooms were bit smaller than expectation but loved the terrace at the building.

The service was exceptional, after arriving at 01.00 hrs with traffic delays, meals were arranged through a take out service and served on plates together with wine on the beatifull rooftop terrace overlooking the Bospurus. Handy locatiob to many of the attractions in Istanbull. We will be back for a number of days again next year

Hotel itself is nice and located in an excellent area. Breakfast could be better, addition of fruits would be nice!

Rooms aren’t that clean. Room has a bad smell. Walls aren’t soundproof at all.
