I called the hotel before travel to confirm that I need a no smoking room but the hotel gave me a room terribly smelling with smoke. When I talked to the reception they said this is the only available room. The room was so dirty, walls full of halls, air conditioner is not working and you can hear so weird voices coming from the neighbouring rooms. It felt like sleeping in the street. If you are on a holiday break and need some rest, do not go there.

Upon walking through the doors you are hit with a wall of cigarette smoke. All the rooms are smoking rooms as well and the lobby has heavy smoke.

I loved this hotel so much for me it's very suitable for anyone searching for a quiet simple and clean stay with a very good price, the staff are sooo friendly and helpful even if sometimes they didn't understand me but they were trying to do there best for helping me, the area is so quiet it's near to BEYLERBEYİ bus station (13 mins walking) and Burhaniye metrobus station (8 mins walking), the breakfast is good even it's the same everyday but i loved it, overall i definitely will go there again

Resepsiyondaki Fırat bey çok ilgili ve yardım sever. Çalışanlar da ilgili ve samimi. Eksi yönleri: Odalarda sigara içilmesi ve Odaların tadilata ihtiyacı olduğudur. Kahvaltı yeterli. Bence tüm hizmet ve değerlendirme içn 7-8 arası bir puan gerçekçi olur.

Otelin odaları aşırı rahat geniş, ekonomik oda bile suit ayarındaydı. Temizlik çok iyi, otel personeli çok ilgili. Fiyat-değer ortalaması yüksek bir otel. Konumu Anadolu yakasının en güzel yerinde. Kahvaltısı minimal ama ***et yeterliydi.
