It depends on your evaluation criteria, but first off, the facilities are quite old. Maybe I wasn't able to fully experience the old city's charm, but the facilities are comparable to a Korean motel. The most inconvenient things were the water pressure in the shower and the drainage in the shower room. The sink and toilet were fine. And every morning, I was woken up by the call to prayer. It was quite stressful during my 4-night stay. However, it was clean and the staff service was very friendly. The breakfast was decent enough for a simple meal, but it's a shame there weren't any hot soup options. Other reviews mentioned the same thing, so it seems like it hasn't been improved. The location was optimal for getting around the north and south of the Galata Bridge using the T1 tram, and it was nice to come back and rest when my legs were tired. The room with one double bed was suitable for one person, but too small for two people to open and use two suitcases. If you consider it a budget-friendly accommodation, you might be reasonably satisfied.

Very good location. Near shops, eating place, sirkeci and eminonu. Too bad that they were not able to provide me with early breakfast as I had to catch my 8 am ferry to Bursa. I had emailed earlier and was told that I could have some food but on the day, the front desk told me that it wasn't possible.

All is good. But on the last day, the water in the bathroom became slowly and breakup. The receptionist very kind.

A hotel close to the Galata Bridge and all the historical sites. It's a noisy area, but everything is close and convenient. However, food is expensive. There are reasonably priced restaurants a short walk from Istanbul University. Don't forget the hills!

Thanks to the hotel owners and staff – we loved everything: the location was great, the breakfasts were filling and varied, the room was clean, there was enough of everything, it was warm – we even spent all day and night with the window open, the elevator worked, and the room was quiet, except for the call to prayer. There's a busy street nearby, but that didn't bother us at all. Whenever we come to Istanbul again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. Good morning.

A very convenient hotel for a short stay. The room is small, clean, and comes with the necessary toiletries, along with tea and coffee bags in the room. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the main sights of Old Istanbul. The staff is friendly and communicates via online translator.

I stayed for just one night and chose a hotel that was convenient for both airports—flying in and out of one. The location was perfect, plus I had time to walk around both in the evening and in the morning, close to many attractions. The room was small, but very nice and clean, and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful.

Great location! There's a tram stop nearby, a 10-minute walk to the Blue Mosque, 5 minutes to the Galata Bridge, and 3 minutes to the Spice Bazaar. Although the room is small, it's cozy! The bathroom, by the way, is quite large! An iron and ironing board were provided upon request. Breakfasts are classic Turkish style.

Great location next to the tram and metro, ferries and bus station nearby. It is safe to walk around in the evening. The sights of the Fatih district and the Galata Tower are within walking distance. Not bad breakfasts, it was enough for me (the juice is not very good, similar to Yupi). I did not like the soundproofing of the windows, the window is closed and there is simply no draft, but everything that happens on the street is audible, you can't get enough sleep at night, earplugs do not help. At first they put me on the second floor in a room of a higher category, it was a little quieter there, then they moved me to the first, there I practically did not sleep for the remaining 2 nights. Under the hotel windows there are stationary trash cans that garbage men rattle all night, and garbage trucks arrive - it's hell. The adhan is also audible because there are mosques nearby. About moving - I was mistakenly placed in a room of a higher category and I was informed in the morning before I left for a planned excursion that I needed to move to my room, saying that someone else would be staying there, after 10 minutes of clarifying the situation I was informed that I could stay there, why then inform me that I didn’t understand, I moved, lost time, plans fell through. Well, and in the first room the air conditioner for heating didn’t work well. In the bathroom you can see black mold in the corners, on the floor someone else’s hair was stuck to the slippers. The linen and towels are clean.
