The 9.5k room didn't even have a welcome fruit... There was a fat staff member who was very friendly Some staff at the front desk were negligent The hotel is well maintained

The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The a**osphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

Room was amazing with bosphorus view. Halkasan and Novilov restaurants were excellent experience. Thanks to our batler Mr Batuham for all his assistance and help!!! Definitely will be back

Very good indeed, from arrival, to check in, rooms, WiFi and breakfast, all was very good. Very happy with the overall customer service from all staff and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Breakfast restaurant overlooks the Bosphorus also so it’s a great setting. Only one issue to note, my room although it had a sofa and a low table did not have a desk and chair.

Fantastic stay. Big thank you to the wonderful Batuhan for the help and lovely wake up messages. The spa is to die for. Great massages. Great location on the Bosphorus. The Italian restaurant was great. Incredible room that was so spacious. Great bed.

The room was really comfortable and spa was lovely. It was really nice staying there and Batuhan helped us with everything and really made everything possible to make our stay perfect ! Highly recommended for a city break weekend and will stay there again.

Our stay at mandarin oriental was truly exceptional. Property was well organized and adequate location. Super clean, super welcoming,super restaurants ,super spa and super staff service especially Mr.Batuhan our exceptional butler who looked after our convenience and fulfill our needs. We appreciated upgrading our room without asking for it. This has left a positive gesture in us and am sure would like to come again.
