The staff at breakfast time was amazing ~ Ahmet ~ Head Waiter was very kind and caring. I had my two grandchildren with me who loved the pancakes °•☆▪︎.... x The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spotless. The cleaners were polite. I would recommend this hotel its close to everything

Prestige hotel Istanbul is one of the best hotels! I've travelled a lot, during the last 30 years and I've tried a lot of hotels in the world, from chalets in the mountains to 5 stars hotels in different cities, but Prestige hotel in Istanbul remains one of my favourites. I've stayed here many times and I will do the same in the future. The hotel is very clean, rooms are large and comfortable, bathrooms very well equipped. The staff is very friendly and you can feel Turkish hospitality. The breakfast is excellent! Thank you Prestige!

My family and I stayed 4 nights and had very bad experience with this hotel.The condition of the rooms are completely opposite as shown in the picture on their website. Beds were very small with dirty linens one of the sinks was clogged and smelling. The baseboard was ripping off and wall was chipped. The shower didn't even have a shower door. I reserved family room for 4 people one of the beds wasn't even a bed they just put a mattress on top of a couch which was very unstable and falling off. My husband kept falling off the bed/couch. We loved the location and the breakfast it had many variations, however on Sunday they were not refilling the food and making omelets.

Very dirty hotel Very noisy rooms with thin walls, terrible noise machine from outside near my window Rude receptionists, they have starnge behaviour toward me and my mother Covid hygiene mesures in the breakfast are not respected by guests coming from countries with high cases of covid Poor housekeeping services, i asked for it but they didn't change my beedsheets in all my 10 days stay In this hotel you will feel as in a warehouse, all guests are from Asia, all guests of this hotel are tradespeople, there is a big warehouse in front of the hotel reception If you are in vacation please avoid this hotel

I reserve family room..but i suddenly the room very very hot really like sona ... cant sleep in the night ...the room no have air conditioning. .. very very very hot ..also if closed the central heating ...tye rooms very hot ..cant sleep...this hotel have problems in central heating

We enjoy the breakfast it was tasty and variable The hotel silent and quiet The stuff are good The worst thing is the cleaning services we stay 3 nights with no cleaning even the floor are dusty and old things are found around

Very good stay in this charming hotel! All the staff are welcoming and do everything necessary to make you feel comfortable, the breakfast is rich and varied. The room service is excellent, the room clean. Good location near the metro and tram and quite a few tourist places. The only problem is the noise transmitted from other rooms.

Good location in Old City Istanbul near metro station decent hotel the rooms are spacious the bed is very comfortable the breakfast good and varied there is a store next door open 24/24 you can buy biscuits milk yurts cheap fruit

The Prestige Hotel combines a convenient location in the heart of shopping in Istanbul, good comfort and a cozy, homely a**osphere. Delicious and quite varied breakfasts, from salads and soups to pancakes, Turkish pies and various pastries. The room is standard, clean, they provide soap and shampoo. Considering that our flight was in the evening, we were allowed to stay in the room until 15 o'clock without additional payment, gave us tea for the trip, loaded our things into the car without requiring a tip, and wished us a good trip. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to friends and acquaintances. Married couple Nadezhda and Anatoly from Sochi.
