Very good location if you are interested in shopping. We were able to walk to many interesting places without the need to use taxi or public transport. Shame about the roof top as it was under reconstruction. Room was clean and very warm (in January). Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Niles is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has a very warm and cozy feeling throughout. The decor was beautiful and breakfast at the terrace was just an amazing start to the day. Beautiful views and just a few minutes walk from the grand bazaar. We walked everywhere as everything was close by.
A huge thank you to all the staff especially Mr Halil and the lovely gentlemen at reception who checked us out and helped us with our airport transfer issues. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Will definitely be visiting again.

It is a very pleasant hotel situated at the heard of Istanbul's old downtown. Perfect if you come for a few days on leisure time, since it's close to the city's landmarks. Breakfast is awesome, bed is very comfortable and the staff provides good service most of the time.

Honestly this hotel deserves a higher star rating. They treat you like royalty. Their breakfast terrace is beautiful and the breakfast is honestly the best I’ve had anywhere in Istanbul. The double beds are really big and comfy. I have no complaints at all. And the grand bazaar is literally a 2 min walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back

Booked the Niles for a long weekend in Istanbul to celebrate a big birthday in couple. Glad we did we had a great time. The room was big, clean, nicely decorated and the bed comfy. Very early March but the hotel heating works great, our room had floor heating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even left a nice cake in our room on our birthday while we were away. The location is great so close to the grand bazard and the blue mosque. You can go to most places by foot (if you like walking) or public transport as the tram stop is very close. Breakfast is served in the lovely roof conservatory (which doubles up as the hotel bar during the day). Breakfast is the typical Turkish breakfast, a nice change from a continental or English breakfast. There seem to be hotels everywhere you look around Istanbul, but I can't imagine many being so good as this one.

Nice hotel close to the Grand Bazaar and transportation network. The taxi, however, could not get close enough to the hotel and we had to walk about half a mile to get there.

Very nice hotel in Istanbul old town. The neighborhood is not so clean but safety. Once entering to the hotel, sophisticated atmosphere, comfortable.
All staffs are very kind, polite and fluently speaking English.
Welcome drink has been served. Rooms are clean. Shower with strong water pressure.
Walking distance to the major cultural assets.

We had a great five day break at the Niles Hotel. Good rooms with all amenities. Excellent buffet breakfast open from 8.00 until 10.30. Good location near the tram service to major sights. Most of all the staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

Stayed here last year too. Very Welcoming Atmosphere. Had what i needed again. Close to The Grand Bazaar. I would recommend this Hotel to other's!

The room I got it was not the room I reserved and we’re trying to make pay more for it.
And when I checked out I left my phone charger in the room and went back to the hotel they didn’t give it to me basically they kept it.

The service was amazing. Daily breakfast and the staff assisted us in navigating the city. The location was a 5-10 mins to major attractions such blue mosque and grand bazaar. I will be staying here again on my next visit.

This is a truly beautiful and unique hotel. With so much charm and attention to detail and also so comfortable and clean and enjoyable. I will stay here every time I come to Istanbul. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee, thoughtful consideration of my request and special care made me feel like a really important guest. I hope to return soon and stay longer

Wonderful boutique-ish hotel near great walking areas in the ‘Old City’ of Istanbul — The Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Istanbul University, etc.
Nearby, easy on-and-off access to public transportation. So convenient!
And the hotel staff was first-rate, friendly, helpful. Breakfast every morning on their roof-top cafe was the perfect way to start each day. And the view of the Bosphorus was excellent!

I had a fabulous experience at this hotel! I stayed for 12 nights so I did a lot of research into hotels and I chose the perfect place. The daily breakfast was so fresh and varied every day, didn’t get bored with the food at all and the breakfast area on the rooftop was a beautiful, clean and stylish area with amazing views of the water. Our room was graciously upgraded and the suite with the Turkish bathroom was divine. Room was so comfortable, with a mini fridge, microwave and kettle with tea bags and coffee packets. I LOVED that the hotel has water stations to fill up your water bottles and provided a bottle day one as well. The decor of this hotel was amazing, very old world and authentic and very clean. The outside area is very convenient-5 minutes to walk to the grand bazaar and most major attractions were within walking distance. Plenty of great eating options within easy walk as well. Felt safe walking back to the hotel late at night. All the staff was friendly and front desk spoke English very well so it was easy to communicate. I have NO negative feedback on this hotel, for the price, this is one of the best hotel experiences. I’m returning to Istanbul in the fall and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.
