As soon as we arrived to the property front desk we went right up to the check in counter with no wait. It took a good 5 minutes before the clerk came out from an office to greet us. He was not able to find our ******* reservation and became extremely rude! He than told us hotel rooms aren't cleaned? When we got into our room it reeked so bad of onions. We assumed it was perhaps someone eating Subway in a nearby room. That wasn't the case as the smell was still pungent the next morning. We had a rather large red stain on the carpet. ZERO linens for the sofa bed! The sliding glass door lock was broken. I should have called down to complain but the way the hotel clerk treated us was so humiliating I couldn't bring myself to dealing with him again! The Shuttle Driver was very friendly and so was the bell boy. Maybe the hotel desk clerk should learn some people skills from them. I will never ever stay at this property ever again.

The spa was great for the entire family. The kids can play in the pool and the adults can enjoy a treatment, sauna, etc. Great value.

ive stayed here multiple times and always enjoy my stay. relaxing and quiet. There was a dead bug on the floor in my room but i always clean my own room anyway with Lysol no matter.wherr instay

The property was exactly like the description that was listed. If I had one complaint it would be that all the dining areas the food was good. However, the food was not hot. It was lukewarm. Even the breakfast area, with the burners.

The bathroom needs an upgrade, the rooms need updating, the bartender did not make good drinks, the front desk attendant made me barter for the use of her BIC lighter. We were overall underwhelmed.

Our stay was fine. The room was comfortable but really hot. Thankfully the windows opened. The shower was fine. Brunch was a terrible value. It was $23 per person and everything was room temp at best. It was very disappointing. Had a manicure at the spa. Perla was amazing and this was the highlight of our stay.

Great hotel! I stay here whenever i am in the area and it never disappoints. Its comfortable, clean, and the rooms are great! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful experience! Would also be amazing for a wedding!

Bed was very comfortable. Kind of old peeling , out dated wall paper and carpet. Great view if you get a golf course view.
