Clean and tidy, not bad.

Super cute and great location. Deluxe Studio had everything I needed. 2 blocks from START bus. very convenient.

Nice little motel with everything one would need for a short trip. Bed was comfortable, room was warm and clean.

Value for the price okay Well located in Jackson hole center Room was very cold when I arrived, heating took a long time to warm up. Internet is very slow

It was a great stay until we got 2 feet of snow overnight. This place does not have a contract with a snow removal company. We had to shovel snow around our car and in the parking lot just to leave. This took over two hours and the late start caused us to drive home much later than we hoped.

There was no soap. We requested a late check out via email ahead of time which they said should be no problem- had no info about it day off and staff was not super nice about it.

Got to the room, no heat, it’s 48 degrees, finally figured out how to turn the heat on but very small little electric heater in the bathroom to heat the entire space. Can’t use Netflix or any movie channel as you need a parental code. I will not return

Great place to stay for a couple of days for a ski trip. Bus stop for the shuttle, downtown jackson, and convenience store we’re all within a walkable distance. plenty of parking available. Staff was kind and helpful.

2 night stay. Big room, fridge and microwave were very convenient. Easy walk to main street. Only down side was quite loud noise from people walking in upstairs room. If you're a light sleeper, I would try and request an upstairs room.

We felt the pictures of this property didn’t reflect what it was. This is a two story MOTEL. We would not have booked it had we known that. Now we see why there were intentionally no exterior shots that showed what the property was. I viewed the write up and pics as implying this was a condo. The room was spartan. The bed was uncomfortable. The biggest problem was absolutely no sound barriers between rooms and to the outdoors. We could hear and understand every word our neighbors said in normal speaking voices. The property looks out onto dumpsters and another parking lot yet the pics show only mountains…which were indeed there, but the shot was taken at an angle that made you believe you’d have a lovely Mountain View out the window. The rooms said they were remodeled and I believe that an attempt was made to remodel, but it came off as half-baked to the point my wife wouldn’t use the shower. Trim wasn’t all even painted. There is no staff on site so I have that rating a 3…but there really should be an NA option. If you want a pretty inexpensive place to “crash” and are willing to wear earplugs and don’t really care about aesthetics this place would be ok for you.

This property was very welcoming. Only problem I had was with the heater, there wasn’t a way a turn it off and I heat became overbearing at one point

The property is older but has been updated. The furnishings are nice, the bed comfortable and having the fireplace made the room cozy. My only complaint is that the noise from the scrapping the snow off the sidewalks woke me up (totally understandable) and that the sound proofing between rooms is not great because it is older bldg.

The person at the front desk was rude and the walls are so thin, that I spent two hours listening to my upstairs neighbors fighting and other things for over 2 hours. The room itself was OK, but clean.
