It was a stop in between yosemite national park and lake tahoe. Easy access for food and quiet neighbour hood

Overall great. Great check in experience. Loved the coffee and breakfast and the rooms were nice too.

My wife and I stayed for an overnighter. The room was OK. My only complaint was very limited TV channels.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff we so nice and friendly. Our room was a bit dirty. There was dirt around the edges of the carpet, hair in the bathtub, pink scum in the corner of the shower and the bar sink didnt drain very well but it was not a bad stay. Complementary breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancake machine, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, bread to toast if you want, bagels and muffins. Oj, water , apple juice and milk to drink. I would definitely stay here again.

One night stay with the family. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and had all we required for one night. I did think the rate was too high though. Breakfast was good also.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Room furniture is a little older and beds were just okay, not horrible but not the most comfortable either. Great options for breakfast. Would stay again.

I didnt like that they forgot to clean my room had to go to front desk to get clean towels more toilet paper and conditioner and trash bags to empty my own trash. They didint even try to correct it.

They have out of control guests living there and cannot get them to settle down and got mad at me for complaining and asked me to leave. The manager said she would refund my last night but instead I was charged additional $205 for who knows what- the manager will not returning my calls and was SO RUDE. They don’t know what they’re doing and the manager is just a ridiculous fool

Hotel was just ok. Room was not very clean and the bathroom was very dirty. A compliant was made to housekeeping, but was ignored. We cleaned it ourselves.

The only thing I disliked, is the narrow parking in the front north, east side of the building. Although, that's easy to deal with. Friendly staff and very clean.

I got charged $100.00 for incidentals. I didn't have any incidentals.

The carpet was soiled and not well vacuumed in both my room and all corridors. Found long hair on bathroom floor. This hotel is just mediocre in other areas. We had two rooms for two nights and most likely won’t return.

Horrible customer service, rude management, no customer service. Staff acted like it was an inconvenience to check you in. Hotel could not honor the room I booked. Will never stay here again. Solely because of the bad service.
