This was a pretty decent place all in all I can see is staying here in the future.

We were looking to stay close to the cruise port. This hotel was perfect. Close enough to businesses in case you need to run out. Great Breakfast, Friendly staff.

My wife, three kids and I stayed here for 2 days ..The room and whole hotel was very clean. Staff were nice and accommodating. We'd definitely be back and highly recommend it to others, including families.

Ileen breakfast lady was very kind and helpful. Breakfast food was average and bland. Ran out toilet paper in room.

Walked in the room notice it was very clear smell very clean tipped room service as I do every time I will not stay anywhere else when I go to Florida

The hotel staff is nice and breakfast was great. The room is a little dirty in places and one of the pictures on the wall had mold on it. Nothing too big though...the carpet was clean enough to wear white socks without issue.

Free breakfast was not fit for consumption. Bed, furniture, bathroom fixtures were worn and tired.

Wonderful bed! Very clean room. Staff not particularly friendly but efficient. Breakfast is warm but not flavorful. Great places to eat and shopping nearby. Cruise port just 1.4mi. Airport about 8 mi. Lackluster pool area. Wendy’s in same parking lot basically.

Very clean room. The beds were comfortable, with a pillow choice of soft or firm. Dove shower products. The breakfast had a variety.

Very clean, comfy beds and nice staff. This is the perfect place to stay the night before cruising out of Jax port. Wendy’s next door gets crowded on the morning of departure for cruises so plan accordingly if you want lunch or breakfast. Hotel did serve a decent breakfast as well.

Hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to the cruise port. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good. The breakfast staff were on top of everything.

Nice property, it was just isolated. If I were cruising the next day it would’ve been perfect. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice

I checked in late and just wanted to sleep in a clean comfortable room for the night so I picked this place because it was rated at an 8 for cleanliness however upon arrival I went straight to the shower then to bed, but on the walk from the bathroom to the bed my feet became sticky with a nasty film In Just a few steps so I had to get a towel to lay on the floor and a wet washcloth to wash my feet off before I got in the bed I was too tired to complain. I just wanted to sleep. I just hope they cleaned it up before the next guest came. However, the front desk did add a few points on my account for the inconvenience but that was still a bad experience. I don’t mean to put the property down however, my room just happen to be not the best. But it seems that other people didn’t have great experiences But I just figured I would share my experience. The breakfast staff was very upbeat and polite. I did not eat breakfast however, it seemed like they had a reasonable breakfast bar downstairs. The coffee was good.
