The carpet is dirty, the others are okay (´இ dishஇ｀) the price is on the high side.

We visit Jacksonville FL like 5 times each year. The only thing that the Ramada NEEDS to change is the breakfast.its sufficient but it has been the same for several years now. The only item changed was the yogurt. They need to go back with individual ones overall an A+ . PRICE CONVIENCE and employees A++

Dirty, no soap, air conditioner did NOT work. (We were in Florida) Two lights out in bathroom, no light in shower. Desk clerk stated no inside rooms and pool open. ( pool NOT open car all). ? Whether had inside courtyard room.

The front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful and expected us to understand the layout of the hotel and the rooms though we'd never been there before.

This property has all exterior doors. The clerk informed me that they were full, due to bike week, and my room would be facing the highway. As a woman traveling alone, I requested to cancel with a refund. They declined it, since I booked through a third party.

Walls are very thin and you can hear everything, not clean at all, we had to wipe down everything. The only reason we didn't just walk out was that the bed sheets were clean but the bed had a significant dip in the middle. Will not stay here again for sure

The bathroom had mold, bathroom door looked as though that someone tried to knock it open . Floor felt sandy as though it was not vacuum or swept. Rate it a 2.5 review.

Rooms needed to be updated and cleaned. Our room was FILTHY! I don't usually review my stays but I did feel that this needed to be said for people looking at staying on this property.

Always love staying here. Decor is definitely vintage. Nothing has been upgraded to modern standards, but everything is clean and in good enough repair. The dining room is lovely though sadly the quality of the breakfast buffet has gone downhill significantly over the years we have stayed here. Love the central pool area.

Carpets nasty we found fingernails at door way, they sweap out instead of vacuum. Curtains stained. They didnt have my reservation in their system. Check in took 30mins they had to pull up on ******* website. Looks like people live there. The room next to us door was left opened noone staying there. Staff just didnt close. We will never stay again. I grew up going to this motel because my parents had there company breakfast there. We also had their 25th wedding anniversary party. Ok im 60 should have known it was old. But Wyndham usually has higher quality.

The walls was dirty and Towels and puke on the floors outside would not recommend this place. Walls are also paper-thin.

Stayed three nights. The A/C never wanted to get cold. Stayed 73 the entire time there regardless of the setting. The bed was very soft. No room service during our stay. Bathtub stained. Paint blistering off the walls in places. The breakfast was good. Will not stay there again.

The room was not clean. I do not stay the night. The bathroom was dirty, the floor dirty, the bedroom was dirty.

Very enjoyable overall. We usually book in transit where we stay and look for places with king bed,breakfast,parking,and pool/hot tub.It seems that lately…meaning the last 3-5 years…many places with pool/hot tub availability are 50/50 or less with tot tub operational…maybe some way to let us know in the info space if said hot in/pool is operational…thank you
