Fantastic service from the staff and manager. Really helpful and went above and beyond for me. Will stay here again if I ever come back.

our room was suspicious dirty, there're garbage in the bathroom bin. Air con and water heater must ask for hotel staff to check. But the location is the best you can walk to city palace and maha mahal.

The stuffs are so nice ! I got heavy stomachache and gastric pain on the check-out day. They let me take some rest after checkout time and also took me to see doctor and took lots of care for my health. It touched me. Thanks a lot! The room was also good!:)

Ok. Ye sab jhoot hai. 1400. Nahi. Pure. 1700. Let e hai hai. Dhokebaaj hai hai rr62hotel. Or agar kissko ko emergency main nikalna pad toh uska b hi 500rs alag se let e hai. Hai. Emergency nah i samje hotel wale kuch b hi bss inko pasha chayie or kuch nah i rr62walo ko. Or bolt e hai make my trip

Staffs are cooperative and hotel is clean and had a good experience. Foods are good and specially the morning break fast.

Room was excellent. Location is good. But taste of food is not good. Beautifull backyard with swimming pool. Over all it was good but only drawback was its food.

Location is good. Rooms are a bit small but clean. Electric kettle was provided and geyser was working.

Amazing stay, superb location. The staff was very prompt in addressing all of our queries. Food was also amazing. Service top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel stay was not so good. The beds were bumpy and sleeping was difficult. Also hotel staff did not give even tea as complementary. The hotel was getting renovated and lot of noise was irritating and although talked to hotel staff, they did not stop. Lunch/dinner was kind of good but breakfast was not that great. Also you don't get taxis during peak hours and no help from hotel staff. The room cleaning was done by hotel staff but only after reminding every day. The nearby rooms had annoying guests making noise and shoutings at 2 am in the night and nothing was done by hotel staff to stop it. The children in the neighboring hotel rooms were ringing our hotel room at 2/3 am in the night and waking us without any reason and no apologies there after.

The stay was good and the staff was friendly also the room was neat and clean which i like the most the only one thing which was not working which got addressed the next day.

Nice and affordable rooms. Staff is very nice too. Room service is super fast. Doors have 2 locks so that makes the rooms really really secure and the food is very delicious. We ordered pizza and pasta which was very nice.

Had excellent stay at hotel rr. Sahil specifically was an excellent person who helped me when i arrived at the hotel super early. Allowed me to change rooms and permitted changes in my bookings as needed. Room service was excellent. You can even ask for laundry for an extra charge. Rooms were clean and neat. Water is fast and there are no problems with the speed. It is at a prime location. Everything you want to travel in jaipur are at a walkable distance. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back here if i plan to visit jaipur again.
