Great location in the city. Just 10 minutes away from the Jeju Airport by cab (＞₩8000). Lots of convenience stores nearby. We stayed in a 3 bedded room. Check-in time is strictly at 3pm and check-out by 11am

Terrible. DO NOT BOOK. It looks cheap but truly NOT worthwhile. Cannot turn on AC, super extreme hot. Simply told to “open window” which certainly does not solve the problem. Crazy to book unless you want to burn up. Also the shower curtain easily falls down, simply installed using cheap wall plugs. Furthermore extremely small tiny room. So hard to even open luggage properly. Hard to walk between beds. Finally Reception counter service is horrible too, can’t be bothered to help book taxi. Really lazy, rude and cannot be bothered with individual guests. They only care for large tour groups. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Don’t make the same mistake as us. Book at your own peril & loss.

This hotel is very clean and close to Jeju airport. Also their breakfast is cheap ,but quality is very nice. Staffs are kind as well.

Quite a popular hotel to stay over as seen by travel tours choices from SG, TW, ID, KR, PRC guests.. Near to Jeju airport with numerous food choices around and convenient to travel to nearby tourist attractions by bus and taxi. Satisfactory!

I love this hotel. It’s in the middle of city. Easy to go anywhere. The room is spacious and the staffs are good.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Service was terrible right from the start. We arrived in Jeju a few hours before check in time at 3pm, and asked the reception (grumpy Korean man with glasses) if there is a possibility of checking in early. He did not even bothered to look at us (much less greet us) and did not even utter a word. He just pointed to a printout which is in Chinese (thankfully we are bilingual) that reads “no early check in”. Upon checking in, there was a terrible stench in the room the minute we entered the room (imagine sewage and pee and mould and damp carpet and lack of ventilation all in one). We went down to inform the same rude hotel manager at the reception and he looked at us in the same condescending face with disbelief, and said that he will inform housekeeping to check. Our friends were upstairs and saw that the housekeeping staff simply came in to the room and sprayed some fragrances and left. We came back in the evening and were welcomed with the same terrible stench. I called the reception once more and he said that they have changed the toilet curtain (??). We decided not to pursue it further and use our own perfume to mask the smell. We feedback to the reception the next day and told him that we want to change the room. He said that the new room would be on a different floor and they were unsure if this arrangement can be made. The stench continued and it was unbearable. I had to call the reception at night and asked if she could give me any sort of room spray, which they agreed reluctantly (??). 4 nights here were really terrible. Toilet floor was also sticky (see image). What was even more frustrating was, our friends asked for housekeeping cleaning in the morning due to an emergency (a child has fallen sick and vomited) and the same reception staff rudely replied that the housekeeping routine only starts at 1pm. We explained our situation that it was an emergency but the hotel had no sense of urgency. We were shocked that the “clean up” was just a few reluctant wipes. The stench still lingers in the room. Better off if we cleaned it on our own. Further convinced that the carpets in hotel rooms are extremely dirty. Not sure why Google reviews state this as a 4/5 star hotel. Service was terrible. We would not recommend staying here. The central location does not even make up for the “service” we received.

Only one pillow each. Location was alright. Near to airport. No gym.

We stayed here during our time in Jeju. The location was near the city area which made it accessible. Staff were also friendly. While clean, the amenities are aged and it is an older hotel. Parking is incredible narrow and challenging. Not recommended for less experienced drivers, particularly for left hand drives.

Great location with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel level 2 have big 7-eleven that operates 24hour. Our double room is spacious and have bath tub! Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it is very accessible via public buses. It is only 4 public bus stops from Jeju Airport. There is direct bus to dongmun market, where you can shop till you drop and eat to the fullest. Loved it!

Front desk service could get better. Location of hotel is good. Lots if restaurants and bars around like next door

Although we had to leave our luggages at the main lobby open area since we arrived early, the check in process was swift and the location was good! Room was definitely cozy and we will definitely book this hotel again as its right in the downtown area with many eateries nearby!

amenities such as body soap, shampoo and conditioner was given in a small size and was not enough for a 3 day stay. not sure if they refilled it , but other than that everything else was great!!

Very clean hotel located at a busy shopping and eating area. Close to the airport
