待客不誠信。1.名不符實，40平米房間是斜角的，且不足平方米，床也不是2.4米的。2.最令我匪夷所思的是，早上退房忘記拔掉充電器（原裝閃充），下午回到家想起來打電話給酒店，她們説房間目前是空房，沒看到充電器。我很無語，我記得太清楚了，充電器在電話機那張床頭櫃上，我忘了拔下來，打掃衞生説沒看見，又沒有新客入住，充電器會自己跑了嗎？查一下要買原裝需要89元，這種便宜也貪。
