離揭陽高鐵站（5km）和揭陽南站（現在暫停運營）都挺近。門口有共享電動車🛵，或者坐公交在粵東市場站下後步行。旁邊就是誠達的貨運場🚛，生意很紅火，各種大貨車進進出出，轟隆轟隆的，到大概23：30能消停一會兒。窗户沒紗窗，夜裡蚊子🦟挺多，不開窗又悶得很。空調看着挺古老的，不過特價房也用不了。馬桶🚽沒有馬桶圈，樓道里有公共廁所，有蹲坑可以用。床墊是硬棕櫚的，挺硬，是薄被子。房間內3個小射燈，光線暗，還會頻閃。淋浴🚿熱水要放5分鐘，好在水壓還挺大。有牙具和小瓶沐浴露洗髮液。感覺整棟樓是辦公樓改裝的，樓道內公共空間非常大，其實可以考慮搞個太空艙或者青旅那種模式，應該會增加客流。

第一：衹能説超級垃圾，環境不怎麼，廁所馬桶還是壞的沒有洗乾淨，另外空調也是有問題的，在網上定的房裡麪寫着帶空調，去了開始入住老闆就説沒有空調，這個那個的，空調要另外收費，訂單裏面是包含的，這明顯欺騙消費！第二：服務態度老闆服務太度超級差勁！差到沒誰了！第三 ：地方地方超級偏僻，特別難找！就是這樣，不是拖，而是根據實際去評
