Staying in Vienna has given me a very good experience, but this stay disappointed me a bit: First of all, the hotel is located in an auto parts city in Jinan West Railway Station. The surrounding environment is rather chaotic. The navigation leads to the auto parts city and thought it was a mistake, and contacted the front desk. Unfortunately, the receptionist is a newcomer. I don't know if it is the auto parts city (??) , This is Vienna where I have lived in the worst surrounding environment around the river'; Secondly, the order can be cancelled before 18:00 on the check-in day, but the function of ‘free cancellation’’ is turned off at 17:00. Secondly, the floor was like a maze, and I went around looking for a room. Kind of: 1. The decoration and facilities in the room are the same as other Vienna hotels, the bath water is fast and free, and the parking is free. Suggestion: The overall front desk service needs to be improved

挺無語的，沐浴露沒了業沒有及時添加，而且這個灰業是肉眼可見的多，就住了一晚上也不想去多做解釋了，總之其他都好，就是這個灰郵電

停車十分方便，一個大院子隨便停。酒店樓下就是連鎖快餐店，就餐方便。酒店規模大、房間多，衞生條件挺好的。隔音也不錯。

房間很乾凈，最主要的是小姐姐很熱情服務態度很好

酒店在汽配城裡麪，環境好，空間大，安靜

房間很乾凈，空調也很給力，而且沒有吵雜聲音，前台服務態度也很好，每次旅遊，不管走到哪裡，都會選擇維也納3好酒店 非常值得推薦的地方

酒店位置挺好，很好找，就在汽配城裡麪，一進大門就能看到。大廳很大，環境很不錯，房間衞生打掃的非常乾淨，熱水很大，空調也非常給力，WiFi很快。酒店服務也很好，前台很貼心，主動幫忙解決各種問題，很有耐心，客房服務員也非常好，見了面總是微笑着打招呼。總之是一次很愉快的入住。下次來濟南一定還會選擇這家店
