Jinan Lixia District 5-star Hotels

Because the platform company is in Jinan, Shandong, I stayed at the nearby Ramada Hotel. This was my second stay and my experience was as good as my first stay. Both the stay environment and the attitude of the staff were good. I would like to express my special thanks to the pretty girl at the front desk, Wang Xin, for her great help when I needed a room for Xu Bantian, and for recommending this hotel to everyone.

Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete. I understand that this hotel has been in business for a long time, but the facilities are not all outdated and still meet the high five-star standards. Service: There should be a concierge at the door. The service is very good, especially Dalila who checked in. She is very patient and will solve the problem step by step. She always helps solve the problem with a smile. Her enthusiasm makes me feel good about the hotel. Hygiene: Personally, I think the hotel's hygiene should be good. I saw someone wiping the luggage trolley in the morning. They were doing these details at a time when most people couldn't see them. I believe other aspects will put my mind at ease. Next time I stay, I will still make it my first choice. I will also highly recommend this Sheraton hotel to my friends.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Good hotel. Staff were brilliant, helpful and kind. The room was comfy. breakfast was good. waiters always ready to assist with a smile. However, the building was tricky to navigate, especially the underground parking area. not many rooms or lounges with any view. seemed a bit claustrophobic.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the views was so spectacular, room so spacious and I really loved the rotating restaurant. However there was a little bit of language barrier with the room service personnels but many thanks to the lady Hannah who works there .Her English is so fluent , she is very welcoming, polite and professional.

Advantages: The breakfast is rich, there are many types of Chinese food, and there will be some local specialties, especially the aunt who spreads pancakes. Not only is the craftsmanship outstanding, but the most important thing is that the service attitude is super good. After I spread it, she saw the chicken chop in my hand and asked me if I could help add it to the cake. She was so enthusiastic. Not everyone has the sense of service, I hope the leaders can promote the service awareness of auntie after seeing it. Of course all the other staff I encountered were very friendly. Disadvantages: The car has not stopped since I just drove into the hotel entrance. A male waiter sees the photo in the picture below. He shouted at us with a loud voice and an extremely bad attitude. The car, we asked about the other car, he said they moved it in a while, we moved it without any dispute, but until we came back from outside that night, we went in and out of the hotel for two consecutive days until the day we checked out, see the picture below Every day there are different or the same car parked at the door. I don't see this person in charge. I want to ask whether it is not allowed to park at the door or is it not allowed to park our foreign license plate? And no matter if you are in a few-star hotel, your attitude is very bad. On the day of check-out, we asked again if we could park at the door, and he still replied no. I pointed to those cars and said why others could. He said it didn't fit. So, I said Complaints, he said you are free, you can report online now, it doesn't matter! So this staff I want to ask the hotel how to deal with it, and I really want to know if there is no parking at the door

Jinan Ziyue·Meixiu Hotel (High-tech Zone Qilu Software Park Branch) The hotel is still relatively new, relatively clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room is relatively spacious, and the service is very friendly. It is still a relatively new hotel. The mineral water in the hotel is unlimited, and drinks, beer, and soda are also provided. The hotel has its own parking lot. There are shopping malls nearby, and Wanda Plaza is not far from here. The transportation is convenient. Breakfast is on the second floor. The hotel also upgraded us to a comfortable and adjustable deep sleep bed for free. It is very clean and hygienic, and the service is also very good. The hotel also gave us a large box of moon cakes as a gift, which was great. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel called Siji Minghu (High-tech Store) with a good environment. Jinan Ziyue·Meixiu Hotel (High-tech Zone Qilu Software Park Branch) hotel service is really good. We also gave us a breakfast, a total of three breakfasts. The breakfast was very rich and complete. I was very satisfied. The milk was also fresh. Milk, all aspects are considered carefully. It would be better if some self-service mineral water and drinks can be provided. What needs to be improved is the awareness and quality of breakfast service staff. The quality of each employee's service marks the quality of the hotel. There is also the quality of red kidney beans and corn kernels in salads, as well as some nuts, and the quality of dried fruits must be strictly controlled to ensure freshness. In the spirit of eating with confidence and providing comfortable service, giving customers more care and warmth is the best reward for them. One more thing to add is that when I finally left, I felt that the service at the front desk was also very impatient in the last day or two. I don’t know why, but my emotions are very serious, and I really need to improve myself. For example, you ask him to deliver your express delivery to you, or ask him to ask for some water. He will tell you that I am very busy here, please wait a moment. Very emotional. Then when checking out, every guest gave us a small gift, but because they gave us breakfast, they would not give us any more small gifts. The words were very cold, stiff, and a bit uncomfortable. I think the service To do it well, it should be consistent. Don't be emotional or have an attitude. I hope leaders will take it seriously! I just wrote down my true feelings after living here for five days. Stayed at this hotel for five days and had five breakfasts. Had two meals at their Chinese restaurant.

Go to Jinan to see the concert to choose this hotel, also with small gifts and fruit. The front desk service of this hotel is great, super welcoming, the overall environment of the room is clean, the view is good, and the facilities are complete. There are super Yixing fast food, cake shop, convenience bee and so on downstairs. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western food (no photos). If you come back later, you will choose this one, leaving a good impression.

The hotel lobby is very grand, and the 6 sightseeing elevators are even more shocking. The video is very beautiful. Miss Tang Yaqi and Gu Meng of the hotel are very hospitable and ask if there is anyone who needs help. Before leaving, they packed mineral water for us, which is convenient for us. We drank on the way and the children were given a small toy that they loved very much. There were black swans and white swans in the garden outside the hotel, which were very impressive. I will choose the building next time if I have a chance.

Advantages: The front desk service of the hotel is warm, efficient, the location is near Dinghao Square, convenient shopping, clean and hygienic. Disadvantages: The concierge service awareness is weak, no one helps to carry the box back and forth, the hotel air conditioner is useless, adjusted to the maximum air volume of 20 degrees, wake up several times overnight, the temperature in the room is 28 ℃.
