環境真的挺好的，還能語音控制，房間比我想象的大，也很乾凈，很喜歡我這間房的格局，很滿意分到的這間房，在頂樓，窗户外面也顯得很開闊，就是晚上總有車經過，有一點點吵

大雪天，車被雪覆蓋了。找前台、保安無果，最後找店長，剛開始非常生氣，店長耐心解釋，最後幫門口的每輛車都鏟了雪，店長真是好人👍酒店環境也不錯👍

因為到店比較晚，讓攜程給備註了高樓層，安靜點的房間。到店後給了4樓，告知是能給的最高樓層，但就安排在電梯口旁邊，這個和安靜好像是背道而馳吧，服務態度中規中矩。
優點是周邊配套還可以，停車位充足，因為開業時間不算長，裝修還算比較新，地板除外，床品也比較舒適。
缺點也很明顯，一是拖鞋差，底實在是太薄了；二是地板差，中間還翹起來一塊，洗完澡差點摔一跤；三是早餐差，品種少不説，工作人員還湊在一起聊天，麪煮好了也不説一聲，服務意識有待加強。
總之，對服務沒要求的勉強住住還行，否則還是找一家品質更好的酒店入住。

5月1日帶孩子到荊州方特玩兩天都是住在維也納酒店，此店環境很好，房間設施齊全，服務也很好在這裏特別要表揚009號前台服務美女為我預留房間因五一期間房間緊張，她説如有人退房有房會第一時間通知我，再次感謝009號前台美女

考試訂的酒店，專門備註了要安靜一點的房間，安排在臨街外面車來車往還是有點吵的。酒店走廊很窄也不隔音，下午睡個午覺外面車吵就不説了，走廊打掃衞生的阿姨跟對講機講話真的聽的很清楚，特別吵！考試當天中午回酒店午休，剛睡着結果前台一個電話給你打醒了問退房還是續住，十二點要休息啊，為什麼要在正中午的時候打電話呢！房間吵想去大廳坐會，結果大廳也吵，工作人員倚在前台一起聊天。哎，衞生什麼的都還是可以，就是如果真的是需要休息的、考試的要考慮一下了，真的不隔音也很吵，總的來説真的蠻失望的！
