Baijoo Niwas

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and food was delicious. All the staff was friendly and easy to communicate. Although the property is located in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle, it is convenient for reaching the city's main tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again!

This is a much delayed review since our visit was in October. The space created within an old family home, the comfort, staff, food, communication from the booking stage till departure, the involvement and commi**ent of the owner (Anshu***)...all came together to make our stay a lovely one. The other reviews have mentioned the convenience of the location, the difference in ambiance outside the main gate and within, the amenities within the room, the lovely and tiny 'outdoor' space attached to the room (King Suite), the roof and it's ambiance. All of these too are the USP of this stay. It isn't that there isn't room for improvement. While there are a couple of such points, they aren't those that I remember clearly today. The staff's pleasant behaviour co****sated for them. This is something common that we observed during our short journey through Rajasthan. The steep stairs of this old haveli are to be kept in mind while booking. Booking the ground floor rooms will avoid this issue. Having said that, we stayed on the first floor. Baijoo Niwas will be my preference during any future visits to Jodhpur.

Extremely nice people at the reception and food area, calm after a noisy "horning" day, refreshing oase, very clean. Very good restaurant in the hotel with the flexible necessity to adapt the spicy level for Western people.

Well situated and a historic building. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful. I ate there once and it was delicious. The only things to be aware of is you go up stairs to get to most rooms and they could upgrade the coffee!! However I would recommend

This boutique hotel is a peaceful gem tucked into the busy city. We stayed here for our first visit to Jodhpur visiting from the US. The property is so thoughtfully decorated with vines and flowers climbing the wall. The A/C and the shower were very good and the staff was very attentive to our needs, including special requests during breakfast and making reservations for food. Note that the hotel is centrally located so it may take longer than usual for a large car to access during rush hour. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for travelers visiting Jodhpur!

Amazing Indian town house in the middle of jodhpur. Great rooms, friendly staff and service. Great omlettes and pancakes for breakfast. Rooms very reasonably priced would highly recommend if you are visiting India

Beautiful property, giving you the Perks of luxury and boutique alike. I was in total awe from the moment I stepped in. The colour palette chosen for the interiors is all so simple yet unique and well planned. They've utilized the space thoughtfully, offering 7 rooms with attached bathrooms, good sit out areas, a terrace, and dining space too. We stayed in a twin deluxe and a junior suite, their rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and must I mention, extremely clean. Basic toiletries are provided. The food menu although limited, is very delicious and gives you the taste of home. Their breakfast spread is decent and tasty. All reasonably priced. You can choose to sit on their terrace and have a meal(preferably dinner) as they light up candle and serve you a hot meal. My husband was sick one evening, they were gracious to accommodate our extra needs for the hour and offered help in every way possible. We had to drive out early morning, their help was up packed some fruits too. Exemplary service and stellar hospitality, cannot recommend this property more. P.S they have parking space for exactly one car. P.S All the hustling lanes of Jodhpur, the clock tower and other sightseeing locations are a 15min walk away.
