Sadly we have had a horrible experience with EuroParcs. We booked a last minute holiday 2 weeks from start date and then realised one of our passports was expiring in 2 weeks and you need 3 Months or more on your passport to travel from UK to EU. I have been trying to contact EuroParcs daily by email for the last 7 days and am not getting a response. I managed to bite the bullet and telephone them at £2.75 a minute and spoke to a man who said he could see the dates and he’d be happy to change them as could see it was a last minute reservation. He then went on to ask if could I call back tomorrow as his manager was unavailable to approve the change. I explained that it was very expensive to call their help line and was there another way to communicate. He said email would be fine. I have not heard from anyone on the last 5 days and their office is closed today. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR LAST MINUTE TRIPS AS THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT IF YOU NEED TO REVISE YOUR LISTING. WE ARE NOW OUT £600.

Very disappointing. Mini market closed so no way of getting supplies of any sort. Supermarket is drivable but not convenient. No staff to see. Restaurants close when they want so ended up with driving to Mcdonalds!!! Lovely clean accomodation and near the Efteling, they are the positives. They don't tell you things are closed when you book. I know its winter but its not ideal .

This is the worst europarc resort. We stayed for 10 days. Although the chalet is good, most workers in the reception area and the manager are unprofessional, impolite and treat people from other ethnic/religious background with disrespect and insult. They look for extra charge for any reason. Check-in with unclear instructions. Very old bikes. limited indoor play activities. Minimarket has problem in the payment machine. No cleaning service even after check out they want the guests to clean for that ! Or you pay! Very rude behavior during checkout. No respect to their guests. All team members need intensive communication skills to smile, help and serve better. Don’t think to stay here .. better options are out there.

Es gab ein paar wenige Kritikpunkte, aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. + sehr schöne Anlage + sehr kinderfreundlich + sehr freundliches Personal + das meiste Geschirr und die Zimmer waren super sauber - ein paar Küchenutensilien hatten Speisereste - Wasser im Schwimmbad könnte etwas wärmer sein - Toll wäre auch ein Shuttle zu Efteling. Zum Laufen mit Kind zu weit, selbst die nächste Bushaltestelle ist weit weg.

Super mooi park met heel nette schone huisjes. En hebbem echt genoten van alle luxe in ons huisje. Wij deden dit in combinatie met bezoekjes aan de smulhoeve, waar we vaker komen. en dit was echt ideaal en hopelijk is volgend jaar het mogelijk via hier een verzorgpony voor de tijd van je verblijf te kunnen hebben. Vriendelijk personeel en heel schoon net park.

Neu angelegter Ferienpark in der Nähe zu Efteling. Moderne, komfortable Häuser mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Spülmaschine, Herd, Heizung. Sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Alles sauber. Hallen und Freibad, mini Markt, zwei Restaurants, Kinderanimation.

Mooi park met ook luxe nieuwe huisjes. Schoonmaak in detail kan wel wat beter, Zo hadden wij een bed dat een vieze matras beschermer had, plakte de afzuigkap en ook de buiten tafel was erg vies! Ook ontbrak de beloofde airco. Vooral de ligging is echt geweldig, naast een prachtig stuk natuur en dichtbij de Efteling. Prima plek voor een rondje Brabant.

Eens aangekomen in het park kregen we ons huisje, proper, mooi, lijkt ook nieuw. Reisbedje en eetstoel waren zoals gevraagd aanwezig. We zaten met onze chalet dicht bij een speelpleintje ideaal voor de kids. Weinig overlast van alles om je heen. Ook al staan de huisjes vrij dicht op elkaar. Koffiezet is met pads extra moeten aankopen. Kussens zijn te zacht! De bistro, winkel en snackbar, zwembad zijn top! Enkel het steakhouse amai voor die prijs. Heel lang moeten wachten voor we werden bediend. Dan krijg je na 20 minuten koude steak, koude saus. Bearnaise goed van smaak maar koud. Wilden ze ook niet heropwarmen. Doe er folietje over en doe het 15 sec in microgolf, is hij dan gekappeld ons probleem… We waren nog aan het aperitieven en ons eten was er al. Niet slim zo lopen ze nog een extra rondje drank mis. Ok het was al 20u maar dan nog. We hadden het gevoel dat alles raprap erdoor moest zodat ze konden sluiten. De bediening was niet vriendelijk integendeel. Ze kunnen iets leren van het vriendelijke personeel in de bistro naast hen!!! Maar verblijf zelf heel goed. Poort aanwezig om naar de efteling te wandelen +- halfuurtje.

Mooi nieuw park, met nieuwe accommodaties en goed aangelegd met veel ruimte, Alleen het zwembad verdient wat aandacht vooral het schoonhouden gedurende de openingstijden. De openingstijden (tot 18.00 uur) van het zwembad zijn aan de krappe kant
