I stayed in the Jacuzzi room, it was roomy, comfortable and very relaxing. The hotel was very nice. Not too much traffic, close enough to freeway and the city. The only thing I didn't enjoy was after hours the entry doors are locked and so even though I had a registered guest, they gave her a hard time twice when coming back into the hotel from stepping out to smoke.

I am not familiar with this area, I didn't realize it was in an industrial park but the pool is open 24/7 and my daughter needed to swim. Lots of delicious breakfast options, too! The guests above us were very heavy-footed, we could hear them walking & talking until about 4a.m. Outside of that, we had a pleasant stay.

Walls and ceilings are too thin, can hear other rooms way too clearly! "Breakfast" selection was very sad on both days. Breakfast room was not kept clean.Only employee that seemed to be around to maintain obviously did not like his job or take it seriously.

The rooms are nice and it's pet friendly. The only draw back is the room heating is too loud for me.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. Staff were friendly and showed genuine interest in our wellbeing and happiness with the trip. Our bedroom window did have mold growing in it which was concerning. It was enough mold it certainly should have been noticed by housekeeping during standard room cleans. The window is just above the heater/fan so it’s safe to assume mold spores could easily be spread throughout the room. Additionally, the continental breakfast was alright but the seating for it is absolutely terrible. I have a family of 5 and we had to sit two people per stool because of the dining room layout. The pool is great though and was a lovely temperature. We would stay here again but definitely double check the window for mold on arrival and plan to just eat breakfast in our room.

Bad location and the room had dirty sheets. The sink and shower was clogging and wouldn't drain

Close to where I went to visit the next morning so it is a good location. But there was a bad smell in the room which I thought it was from the carpet. There was also mold in the bathroom. The front ladies were nice.

It was over priced for what it was and location. The hotel needs a freshen up. Even motel 6 is upgraded.

Front desk girl was awesome, she was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Would stay here again any time

We had a good experience during our 4-night stay. My kids had fun in the 24hr pool and jacuzzi. We felt safe during our entire trip. Would definitely book again.

I went to wash my hands in the sink in my room and the water scalded my hands. I told the receptionist and she apologized. I have blisters on my hand, I don’t think the water is supposed to come out that extremely hot. Thank goodness I realized before I washed my little boys hands or else I would’ve had to take him into the hospital. At least I got an apology for leaving with blisters. Won’t be staying again

Pretty impressive overall and no complaints. Staff were really friendly and beds were comfortable. First place I’ve stayed that has hot tub and pool open 24 hours, which was awesome and convenient.

This 3 star hotel and you get what you pay. Hotel property was next to the commercial and it was not nice to sleep with a noise in early morning. Also, the breakfast was not perfect but it was ok

I often stay here when I go to a nearby vineyard for an event. Always satisfied.
