Kadoma Hotel & Conference Centre Reviews

Renovation currently ongoing, a bit noisy with construction workers. Fresh paint smells in the lockers made it a little uncomfortable. Hotel needs to situate power and lights switches by the bedside to avoid having to walk across the room to switch of lights or plug in appliances. Installing showers in addition to tubs would make the bathing experience more exciting. The serviceman did not repair the toilet cistern as requested, and this caused discomfort throughout my stay.

Friendly and supportive staff. Awesome villas and the food offered was fresh and well-cooked to taste. You will not regret giving them a try

Nice conference venue, which is conducive for family trips and holidays. Pay them a visit and you will love it.

Great experience, excellent room 20D but I would have preferred a shower instead of tub. But shower taps were not working

Generally, the service is good. You must be innovative in your meals. More people are now health conscious. Please do invest in a gym

My stay was warm with the members of staff exuding confidence and courtesy. However, the deserts were not being enough for those who ate late.

Was good. The sleep and conference rooms were good. Internet was fairly good. At times lunch was not good though

An ambient facility very conducive for holiday rest. There is need to improve on the bathroom especially to the bath tabs that was a bit hard to get into maybe for someone who had challenges with mobility. Water also seeping to the floor thus making it hard to visit the toilet..

Quality services provided and very friendly and trustworthy staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean all time and security is guaranteed. Meals well prepared and variety to choose from. Dstv channels needs to be added, wifi good

Generally good rooms and food services and internet services. Availability of alternative power source makes everything flow even when there is no power. Staff response to enquiries is generally good. However, Conference facilities need an upgrade from the 1980s furniture.

Emaculate stay. Service was above board. However to pay attention to tiling floors and do away with carpets. Need for accompaniment to rooms because some rooms are far and unfamiliar. The concept of starting conference same travelling day to be corrected. Guests need to rest and freshen up for the workshop the following day. This implies tnat travelling day to be allocated to trvelling only. Exit cocktail to be considered im future for delegates to network. Traditional dishes to be considered and some cultural dances to be done for hospitality and welcoming of guests.

I would recommend updating the bathrooms in the villas as showering not the greatest experience and do some pest control for cockroaches roaming around the room. Maybe look at getting a DSTV package for TVs in rooms.Not worth $100 per night.

I loved the room cleanliness, room service staff was very friendly and polite. The rom was always very tidy, only problem I had was with the meals which I did not quite enjoy. I feel if the food is improved on this would be a very excellent place to be whenever I have a rip to Kadoma.
