Awesome clean hotel. Only complaint I have is the toilet in our room was really low and I feel bad for bigger people. Other than that, awesome hotel great breakfast, awesome location.

I like that is close to the fishing piers and you are able to fish behind the hotel. This was our 2nd time staying hete and this time around the room was dirty. Informed the staf, and she did move us to another room that was dirty as well but not as dirty as the 1st one. It was late and we were tired so we didnt complain.

We woke around 3:10 am to use the restroom. The toilet would not flush. There was no water pressure anywhere. We call the front desk and were inform the water is down daily due to recharging od water softener. We should have been informed at check-in. Also, my wife slipped in the tub due to the slipperiness of the soft water. When front dest was informed, they had a 'no big deal attitude'

Hot water was not available for half of our stay. Front desk staff could do nothing to address our complaint. We were told multiple times they would "check with the manager." Still no response. Very inconvenient and unsatisfying!

The property was ok, but nothing outstanding by any means. Our room keurig was broken, the room was damp and humid, and they only gave us three towels for four people. When I asked the front desk for more towels, they said I had to swap one of the room towels for a new one...still leaving us with three towels for four people. No one ever came for trash, or more trash bags.
The breakfast was great though!

This was a perfect hotel for our family stay. Clean, fresh and right on the water. Fishing was excellent and close to other great dining and fishing piers. We will be back to this location soon. Breakfast was awesome and Tay was an excellent attendant for the start of our day! We left something in the room and it was turned in at the front desk and they called us. Very honest people at this GEM!!! So HAPPY!!

The water was a beautiful view but the facilities are very basic — lots of wear and tear. I will say I loved the staff.
