The hotel is right by the lake, it is very convenient to go to the immigration office, boating is also very convenient, the view from the balcony is also very good, the only thing is that there is no wifi signal in the basic room, but fortunately there is WeChat wifi downstairs and in the restaurant. But it's a big problem for me. I wanted to stay longer, but a wifi problem made me only stay for two nights

Booked for 3 nights but when we reached the hotel they said they don't have any room i Booked the room to Ram the manager totally bully**** i recommend to all don't ever to this hotel ever i am fully unsatisfied....

I stayed at the Raniban Arcade for three nights and I had a mixed experience. The hotel has a nice view of lakeside. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi was fast and reliable. However, the hotel lacks some amenities that I expected. There was no toothbrush, slippers, hangers or iron in the room. I had to call the front desk several times to request them, but they did not have them at all. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was polite, attentive and helpful. The ABC Hotel is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a good location and a nice view. But if you are looking for more services and facilities, you might want to look elsewhere.

The best hotel at the heart of Pokhara with serene view,peaceful environment clean and comfortable room, tasty food,top notch service and very friendly staff. I really had a pleasant experience staying there with my friends. You can also visit along with your family.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.. I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Raniban Arcade in Lakeside.The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with great decor .The breakfast,lunch, dinner was awesome with awesome staffs ..I recommend going here ❤️👍

First impressions that last .The first approach was so welcoming by Shubham Giri and we have decided to take the hotel. we stayed for 5days.The reception staff are approachable especially Ram and Binita. Room arranged and room orientation given by Ram.Room is clean and the view is fabulous.Special thanks to all at the restaurant who make our honeymoon a memorable one.We a kind of miss the environment and especially Simba (dog) .Such a friendly dog.Special thanks to Roshan as well.Cant wait to be back visit pokhara again but probably not in summer.
