On a clear day view would be excellent. Service is good, some are friendlier than others. The manager, Mr Pashant(?) Was helpful n responsive. Room is not bad, toilet can smell better n room can have more hanging places. Aircon was noisy at night like a motor. Pool n bar were nice. Can have more promotions to maximise use of bar. Overall, a pleasant stay.

There is a grand welcome ceremony when you check into the hotel!
The wooden structure of the room is close to nature and the hardware facilities are good!
The software service is also very good. The staff I encounter are polite and courteous, and they are full of hospitality. All requests are answered. The little girl working in the cafe also enthusiastically helped me take photos while I was swimming! The service guy in the restaurant in the picture is very serious, patient and considerate, and very expressive!

Despite the darkness that covered Pokhara, we managed to have a wonderful time at this hotel. In principle, you don’t have to leave the hotel - a lot of amenities and forms of activity are offered. Perhaps only Spa didn’t really catch my attention. The food is delicious. Logistics to the city - cable car or taxi. Or on foot :) Speaking of smog at the end of the season - there is much less of it at the top, the air is cleaner. next door - zip lining/bungee jumping/paragliding. Thanks to Raj for the impeccable service at private dining.

What a perfect experience! ! ! Entering the hotel is like being in a paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle of the small town below the mountain. When the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains seem to be close at hand, and every cell is stretched. The food in the restaurant is also very rich and delicious, and the service of the staff will make you feel at home.

The overall stay was very good. Everyone were very nice and welcoming.. We really enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was great. The food was really good and most importantely staffs were genuinely seem to be very happy to be working there. We will definetely come back next tim.

The location, the view, the Hotel, the food & above all - the Hospitality..is at par! We totally enjoyed our stay at the lodge. All the staff is extremely polite & helpful. One of Our best hotel in Nepal. Due to bad weather.. we could not get the actual view of mountains.. but we will come back for sure for the view at Sarangkot Mountain Lodge.

Beautiful boutique hotel in great location. Staff is so wonderful, appreciative and welcoming. Love the arrival ceremony. Clean rooms, outstanding food. The massage is a must - one of the best I've ever had. Can't say enough great things about this hotel and the entire team.
