This is the best service hotel that I have stayed till now. Every one of the staff are so nice and kind, ready to offer help any time. Thank you so much for helping me in many ways. I am deeply impressed by your hospitality and delicious food and clean comfortable and bright airy room with good facilities and a beautiful window view of a garden and mountain in the distance. And I also enjoy the serene and artistic atmosphere and delicate decorations in the hotel. Thanks a lot again to all the staff. You make me feel like home.

It's a typical boutique hotel very focus on customer service. Very convenient location to Thamel. Breakfast has limited choices but acceptable. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. The room is very clean though need some enhancements.

Excellent location as hotel is right smack in the middle of everything with restaurants and shops nearby. Staff qas very helpful and nice. Breakfast was not very good. Room was clean for Nepal but definitely below international standards

Nice hotel and great location

The location was close to the city center, and although the hotel was not large, it was clean and had an old-fashioned feel. All staff (including the boss) treated me kindly. If I ever have to visit Kathmandu again, I would like to go again.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and service of the hotel staff during my two-night stay. First of all, I was impressed to see that they paid great attention to the customer's convenience by making sure they didn't need anything. The flight schedule on the day of check-out was very late, so I saw a professional in the way they made us comfortable, provided us with tea or coffee, and provided service until the end, even though we stayed at the hotel for several hours. I plan to stay again next time I visit Kathmandu. Cleanliness is a nag to say the least. It was very clean and I didn't see any bugs. Thank you so much to the staff!! The attached photo is the coffee provided by the staff while waiting for my flight at the hotel rather than the airport on the day I checked out. I'm very grateful.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its quietness. Although it is in the Thamel area, it is not on the main street, so it is really not noisy at night. There are also many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and it is not cluttered by the main street, but rather very chill.

On the first day I arrived, they took care of me even though I arrived late at night. When I took a prepaid taxi from the airport, I was accompanied by someone selling me a tour, but I was able to safely decline the offer because the hotel staff approached me the next morning. I was able to use the hotel's outlets even though they were Japanese outlets. I had a very comfortable stay. thank you very much.

The room is large, the owner and service staff are very friendly, and there is a small garden like a terrace. It is a safe and comfortable journey. I stayed for a week, and I still have more to say. recommend!
