Seafront Apartments

Friendly owner. However, this was the end of season (mid October) - and hotel was deserted, bar closed, uninviting. We had the place to ourselves but we were given a very ‘standard’ room which was dark and cold. Balcony was the walkway to the rooms, no privacy. Sideways view of the sea. Only real window was the entrance door, so close that and the room was plunged into darkness. And so cold! We left after 1 night. Friendly owner though, kindly agreed to give us a refund for 3 of the remaining 4 nights. Sweet cats.

If You look for good accommodation and love to be well looked after I can onestly recommend this place. Fantastic owners, Quiet surroundings. All You need is there.

The apartment is on the edge of a small but busy town. It backs on to beautiful clean water with views of the mainland and sunrise. Two brothers and their wives look after the guests, so there’s always someone around. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Aircon is extra, but we didn’t need it. There is a grassy picnic area to one side of the yard and a cafenia run by the owners alongside. A very pleasant area to sit at anytime of the day. Watching the fishermen check their nets and bring fish back to feed the cats. Beautiful sunrises. Mozzies are bad on sunset, so bring spray if you want to sit on the balcony in the evening, a great way to socialise. There’s not a lot to see in the area but 20 mins back up the road is a fabulous beach- Benitses Beach. The southern end is most delightful with shady trees, stoney seabed and crystal waters. Water temps were the warmest we felt in four weeks. (October 3)

My family have been on holiday here for decades now. This place is a gem. The family can not do enough for you to help you enjoy your stay. Nothing is a problem. I would highly recommend staying here. Very comfortable and clean rooms and a very peaceful setting. You meet people there that have been returning year after year who all say how much they love the family and the place. Never want to leave!

I came here for a week with some friends. The location is simply perfect: close enough to everything you need and quiet at the same time, perfect for relaxing. Seafront Apartments has parking, a small private beach and an on-site bar where you can always have a coffee, a beer or a cocktail - all served in a friendly manner and at decent prices. And if there was one more thing that could have made this place perfect, that is the family that runs this place, wonderful people who make you feel at home. By the way, I met tourists here who come twice a year, for over 30 years. It is a place where if you come once, you will definitely come back.

Absolutely a fantastic place, yards from the sea. Spiros, Kostas and their lovely wives make you so welcome. Rooms clean and all that you need. Great bar looking out to the sea! Kavos is loud, Seafront is a haven of tranquility, but a five minute stroll from the madness of Kavos! You have to go to really appreciate this place, honestly the only place I have felt so relaxed and welcoming ! We have been 5 times, some guests have been going for 35 years!

Beautiful location, good prices, nice people. We‘ve spend there 2 days at seefront Appartements and will definitely come back. For those who whant to make party it is perfect, because the Bars etc. Are very close to the Apartments. But you can also enjoy a quite holiday because you don‘t hear anything.

In order to have an affordable holiday, Seafront apartments was the best experience I had in Greece ever! The location is literally at the beach, you just jump into the sea. The rooms are simple but clean, they clean them every day and sheets are changed every other day. The rooms are air conditioned. There is no TV, but the free Wifi is strong so you can view your favorite TV programs on your computer or tablet. Seafront is located just outside of Kavos town, on walking distance, so you can sleep quietly, without any disturbance of the vivid Kavos nightlife. However, the best are the people that run the place! The brothers Spiros and Kostas and their family are the kindest I ever met. Both are respectively 69 and 75 years of age, but that doesn't show at all. Since they now the island of Corfu from childhood, they are able to tell you were are the best places to go and what to find. If you want to rent a car, you will have one for only €45 a day and without the usual fuzz of deposits etc. The bar prices are very affordable, a pint at Seafront is about €4 and softdrinks are about € 2. If you can stand the heat, you may go in June. July or August, but the best time to visit Corfu is probably end of September when its less hot and the temperature of the water is excellent.
