Very good, because I participated in the event, a friend recommended the hotel to stay. The overall environment of the stay is very good, and the price booked on Ctrip is also better. Communication with hotel staff is also very smooth.

There were renovations going on which didn't bother us at all. Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed in the rooms. You could easily hear people talking in other rooms. The non-rug floor was sticky and had clearly not been cleaned. The pull-out chouce had hairs all over it. The towels and face clothes in the bathroom were stained. Pool qnd hot tub were decent though..kids loved it. Probably wouldn't stay again though tbh

The pool and hot tub were excellent, however, the market items by the front desk were very limited and the building is undergoing renovations.

Room was nicely redone. However, the sofa bed is so uncomfortable. Its like sleeping directly on springs. There was no bedding for it. We received the last bed in a bag from the front desk and it was dirty with dried on food on the blanket. You could hear everyone talking in the hallway, and people stomping above you. Breakfast was decent.

They give me room with noisy and there heating system in the room was too noisy worst stay . Heating system was going on off and every 10 min it start making loud noise . I already notify them when I was checking out . The room was near dumpster . Early morning garbage truck was making noise . What a room .

I arrived after a long flight, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were great, hotel was clean, and even though they were doing Reno’s, it was quiet and clean. One thing I was disappointed in was they change their breakfast dishes and cutlery from real to paper plates and wood cutlery.

Very clean rooms. Did not have shuttle service despite ******* advertising it. Under renovations.

In full renovation mode. Drywall sanding - dusty and noisy. Kids making noise all night in rooms and hallway. Front desk non responsive to calls.

Staff were ver nice. Rooms are clean and very quiet. The Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had one of the renovated rooms, was very nice. Hotel was undergoing renovations so there were a lot of construction workers around the hotel. It was still quite clean though

Hotel management is doing some updates , but those are just to give filling that hotel looks nice. Instead , they need to update windows, especially on rooms looking at highway , since noise that is coming from every passing vehicle is very loud, especially when large trucks drive by. And they drive all night long. Do not recommend booking the room on that side hotel until windows are replaced with newer better sound proofing type. Even the rooms looks nice, good size, newer furniture and mattresses , but pillows are to small. Bathroom also looks nice, but toilet bowl is very, very low, almost kids size. But the worst thing in this room was heating unit. When unit kicks in , on heating mode, at first for several minutes it blows cold air, and than hot air. And on top of all it is so loud, so it is impossible to have it on and try to sleep.

Wi-Fi didn’t work and I was told I needed to call technical support to fix it. Thought that was odd.
