The room did not match the room type we booked. I contacted Ctrip. Ctrip tried very hard, but the hotel refused to change it. It is worth noting that the hotel room type on Ctrip is incorrectly marked!

Lovely resort, has all of the things you need in a hotel. The room is very spacious which I liked. One suggestion is that the hotel should have the room at temperature. It was 18.5 Celsius when we got in and it took five hours to come up 1°. Not a huge deal but just a suggestion for improvement. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was decorated so nice for the holidays!

The place is really nice big room and activities around the place. Pool is not heated though but theres a hot tub any way. I only wish they stop using TV cabinets, just hard to watch tv
