The Shuttle to old town was convienant. Should add a stop at Southern most area. Long Walks between stops. Need an Airport Shuttle

The pool wasn’t heated - it would have been nice to use it but the water was freezing.
The shark feeding was fun.
The “free” breakfast was OK.
The beds weren’t comfortable.

Very clean rooms. Nicely kept property. We spent most of our time out and about. The restaurant was good, somewhat overpriced.

The resort was great. We loved the shuttle service to downtown. Makes it so you don’t have to drive around and find parking. The pool was very nice. The room was comfy and small, shower was a little small for our liking, but it did the job. The bird out front said hello to us in the morning. A great place to stay while in Key West!

Number 1 the owner and manager were at the restaurant area at 5am making sure everything was in order both of these men spoke to me and my wife about out experience also the staff were very polite and helpful with the breakfast area helping remove used dishes the breakfast was beyond expectation on the menu waffle toast hard boiled eggs ham cheese yogurt three verities of fruit coffee tea hot water perfect seating on the water then as you finish you breakfast a bus is ready to pick you up for a tour down town the bus runs from 9am to 9pm ,I compared meals and pricing to the business down town the meals were almost the same price but almost twice the food and the fish was caught daily the room was cleaned daily close to the sandy beach with a hammock for each room we loved it there.

Claudine in the front office was amazing her attention to detail and guest enjoyment is above par same with Greg at the shuttle answered any questions was very knowledgeable and explain what direction to go to places that I wanted to go Claudine and Greg get 10 out of 10

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, although not downtown, the hourly shuttle was great. Breakfast could have been a bit more interesting with additional meat choice beyond rolled ham lunch meat. Nice waterfront restaurant.
