1. Swimming Pool and Hot Tub not available, had to walk to another hotel next door for access to their pool.
2. Wifi was down
3. Extra blanket arrived after multiple requests
4. No fan for the bathroom
5. Employee charging their vehicle, taking away experience from guests
6. No tea in the room as listed as a complimentary in-room amenity

When we arrived the hotel did not have our reservation. Our room was next to a person that coughed really loud all night.

I liked everything except the loss of three items accidently, but certainly left behind. A pocket knife and two pairs of prescription socks.
WE clearly recall exactly where in the room these items were left.... BUT the cleaning staff denies finding them. Grrrr.

We have stayed here 6 times, and were very satisfied each time. Great staff, clean rooms, and nice surrounding area. We plan to stay again on our next visit to Issaquah

Shower temp was not warm. Staff in dining area must have been first day. The young girls spent more time on phone than customer service. Coffee in Seattle must be very expensive. Hard to get acup without paying for it
