Very comfortable and cosy place. Big, peaceful and nice territory, a lot of thermal baths, good breakfast and dinner. If you want to get know more about traditional Japanese hospitality culture, this place is a good choice.

Excellent food, excellent service, super good-sized room.

It’s a total new experience for us. Room is huge and spacious, totally experiencing washitsu in a day! Service is good ntg to comment as we are in Japan ! Basic amenities are provided. Toilet is cleaned. Onsen - 3 onsens in the hotel itself includes both indoor and outdoor onsen. Hotel comes with shutter service.

Reached early by 12noon while hotel only willing pick up guest from main bus station by 3pm. Even drop email few days ago also no one reply. Booked breakfast + dinner package, while checked-in no one ask our preference dinner selection (either BBQ or steam beef) and straight away prepare steam beef for all of us (4pax) When ask for change to BBQ, waiter which lack of training told us have to top-up which is ridicules as next table guest also no charge. Totally no 5 stars service

The environment is comfortable, gardens are everywhere, the lobby is spacious, beautiful and comfortable, and the gardens outside are beautiful. The view of the bridge connecting the houses is very elegant and a great place for photography. The temperature of the hot spring water is suitable and very natural. There is a cable car station behind the hotel, which is one of the attractions. Because the weather was too hot this summer, I did not take a ride. I hope to come next autumn and see the beautiful scenery of Mount Rokko. I am very much looking forward to it!

Yamazaki is a nice guy and speaks very good English. He was very attentive in explaining Japanese culture and hotel features. We wanted to experience the Rokko Cable Car, and he drove me there and back and explained it to us. Thank you Yamazaki & all staff🙏🏻

The house is very old and the facilities are quite old, but it is very clean and hygienic. The overall feeling is poor and the cost performance is low. The food is very average.

Worst spa hotel I've ever stayed in 1. Zero service, self-service breakfast. After you take your seat, you will be told immediately how long you can only eat until. 2. The equipment in the room is old, the TV is so old that I don’t want to turn it on, the bathroom has to sit down to take a shower, there is not even a normal hairspray, bottled water, or coffee, and the mattress is extremely hard. 3. The buffet food is rubbish. The quality is equivalent to that of a domestic hotel worth more than 300 yuan. All the food costs more than 300 yuan a night and is cheap and wild. 4. The hot spring hotel does not have the most basic sense of ritual. It is a complete fraud. If it costs more than a thousand yuan, it is still acceptable. Everyone must think clearly before booking.

The trip to Japan lasted 8 days. The hotel was the most expensive and the worst here. The wooden house was old, very old, and it was inconvenient to drag the luggage. There were bugs in the house, a lot of bugs. Check out at 10 and check in at 3. Someone came in and opened the door immediately at 1 o'clock. Such an expensive hotel, such service, I am impressed.
