Best location, services and amenities in Poblacion, Makati!

Loved how we were welcomed with welcome drinks and the overall vibe of the place. Definitely the best way to unwind around the metro. We would definitely go back to UNWND.

The best hostel ever! I've lost my phone on day 1 of my 5-week journey and Charlene, Pal and Jerryfel helped me getting a new phone, get a new simcard and set everything up for me. Apart from that, they also upgraded my room free of charge because they felt so bad for me. The service was beyond all my expectations and I would recommend this hostel to everybody who's travelling to Manila! For the rooms, they were very clean, with a great AC and very comfortable beds! The bar upstairs has a very chill vibe, the staff is super friendly and are ready to help you 24/7. Again, many thanks for all the help and if I ever visit Manila again I will 100% book at this hostel again.

The ambiance is excellent, we were also able to enjoy the ameneties and staff team are very friendly and accommodating. The food also was excellent. A bit of suggestion as well on the serving of rice during breakfast not to be so sticky. But kudos to the Adobo flakes it was amazing! This was the perfect place for our last night in the Philippines before we headed home. Perfect overnight stay and Charlene was the most help host after a long day! Beautiful rooms and very close to anywhere you needed to walk to. In a very nice area of Makati.

The ambiance of entrance of the hotel is so ecclectic and the floors are teeming with artwork make it unique. The beds are so soft we were well rested. Charlene was very accommodating all the way, making sure our stay went without a hitch. Despite the absence of ample parking space, we were accodated with the staff where to park it safely. All in all, Unwnd Boutique Hotel is definitely one of our WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN list of places we visited.

One of the best dorms I have ever stayed in. It is setup more of a ‘hotel’ feel so doesn’t have a common area where you can cook your own food, so if you’re looking for a more hostel experience this isn’t it. If instead you are looking for the most comfortable beds, thoughtful amenities, everything you could need onsite including spa sauna rooftop bar and a small gym, as well as nice and peaceful then definitely stay here! Did meet some lovely people staying although not a party hostel. The staff are lovely, pal and Armand helped me with activities planning and food recommendations - although the location is great with meany awesome food places around. Lani in the spa was great. Safe, clean and I will definitely stay here again ! Wish there were more hostels like it!

The staff are great, specifically Charlene and April. Very friendly, and the rooms are great. Highly recommend this hostel. The breakfast options are also good, but I wish there was an American or British breakfast available.

Hands down the best hotel I've been to! Excellent customer service from the guards, to the receptionist, housekeeping and bar tenders they will really treat you well. Very helpful and accomodating sa requests namin and their free breakfast is delicious. Even the soap and shampoo they have and the umbrella are all top notch quality.

Our entire experience was amazing. The food was very delicious, especially the chicken parmesan and vegetable spring rolls! The place felt very chill and it had good vibes! Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Honestly, can’t begin to highlight how impressed we were with this Hostel/Hotel! Expect impeccable style, an extremely trendy vibe, seriously good food and staff who are not only helpful but also super casual (in the best way). Decor is incredible, rooftop terrace is super cool, cocktails were amazing and even had a dj with some light but very cool tunes in the early evening for cocktail hour. We stayed here for our last night before flying home to London, and honestly I wish we knew of this gem before only staying one night. Extremely good value for money, and the beds were in real. Pal in reception was the most helpful individual I’ve come across in our travels. 5 star all around! Definitely book here. I rarely leave reviews but this one deserved it.
