Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at, this one has the best customer service and the most welcoming staff. The location is good and accessible. This hotel also allow pets to stay. The staff also prepared complimentary cake and simple birthday design inside the room even though I did not request for it. Perfect go-to hotel for fur parents and fur babies who just want to enjoy quality time together. The breakfast inclusion is also delicious. We will rebook again!

No parking area. Jacuzzi isn’t private, so you really won’t get to enjoy using it.

Our 4th time staying here and it's always great. They even upgraded their food from our last visit. Location is great. Hot spot of restaurants of different cuisines and a variety of bars and clubs if you are looking to party. Highly recommended!

Noise Nightmare hotel. Do not stay here!! I am not usually sensitive to noise but the walls of this hotel are super thin so you can hear everything happening in the hallways and streets. Also there was a dog in the neighboring property that barked ALL DAY AND NIGHT. I informed the staff and asked them to do something about it but they did nothing and never got back to me. I barely slept the 4 nights I was there. The room also had a main electrical box in it that buzzed loud 24/7. The breakfast is ala-cart and decent. You've been warned about the rest. It's cheap but not worth it.

Best location, services and amenities in Poblacion, Makati!

A good, inexpensive hotel. Good food, excellent breakfast. On the downside, there were no slippers this time. We didn't ask for them, though.
