The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The front desk service is average, the shuttle needs to be booked 24 hours in advance

It smelled terrible in our room. Like someone cooked a 45 course Indian style buffet for a family of 60 in that room we stayed in. The beds were good, I could tell they changed the sheets. There was still trash under the couch and the bathroom door was filthy. The breakfast was egg patties, biscuits, cereal, waffle or toast. Staff was super nice.

Upon arrival, the staff was very rude and stayed that way trough the duration of our stay. Our room had nasty stains and leftover trash. The worst part was the moldy hot tub and pool that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. To top it off, the workout equipment in the gym was falling apart and the saunas lights weren’t working. Don’t stay here, there are plenty of places that are nicer and even cheaper.

We did not have the best stay here. Our room was dirty the toilet did not properly flush. We ended up not even staying the 2nd night due to all of this. They sent the maintenance guy up but he could not properly fix the toilet and we asked several times about it and they just didn’t care that it didn’t flush properly. Just a terrible stay do not recommend.

Woke up by tons of bed bugs and have not received a refund nor a call from the facilities manager as promised and they were hesitant on giving me my cash deposit of $150 back when we were disrespected and woke up ar 3am by BED BUGS

The hotel is ran down and dirty. Our room had food crumbs on the office chair. The bathroom has stuff on the ground and the pull out couch had crumbs and who know what on the mattress.

Pool area smells of mildew. Water is murky and smelly. No towels in area. When we requested towels we were given one towel and told they didn't have anymore. Our room had a lot of broken glass in the carpet. Only 2 towels for 4 people and enough coffee supplies for one coffee. There were no linens for the sofa bed. When we requested these supplies, we received one towel, a set of 2 sheets, and 2 packs of decaf coffee. We were told they had no more towels, nor did they have pillows. My children slept with no pillows and the 4 of us had to share towels. The breakfast area was filthy and did not have one clean table. Biscuits and gravy were offered but there were no biscuits. The only coffee available was decaf, as the regular coffee was empty and was not refilled. Not at all what we expected of a "deluxe suite." We were made to feel as if we were an inconvenience to the staff and the place was just gross. Never again!

It was very dirty. Don't trust the pictures. We walked in, and the first thing we saw was a bucket catching water from the 2nd floor. The pillows, sheets, and furniture had stains on them.

Stains everywhere in my room, rust all over bathtub. Will not be taking a bath, only a shower. Surprise $50 holding fee when you check in and then won’t deposit back into your account for 3-5 days. This place is a glorified cheap hotel.

I have no complaints with one exception of confusion about a deposit that had to be paid or we will have to check out. I had to walk 1 mile to load money onto a card. Other than that we both really enjoy staying here.

This was the most horrible stay I’ve ever experienced. When I arrived at around 11 pm getting to the room & the sheets , bed comforter, curtains, walls & couch were all filthy I asked for at least replacement sheets & was told they had none that I had to wait for housekeeping the next day so instead of being able to change rooms or even sleeping in the lobby, I couldn’t do that because of the wild kids running around till 2-4 am. slept in my car in the freezing cold for 2 nights w/ the car running only to be told that the housekeeper said they cleaned but never did & was gone each night when I returned from my conference. I went to a conference in which was the whole reason I was there. Only using the room to solely shower & get ready for my each day. I was told that since they were sold out that they had no clean towels when I asked for them on day 2. My final nights stay after the conference I demanded clean sheets & comforter so I can at least pull the couch bed out & lay on it because I was exhausted & hurting from sleeping in my car 2 nights in a row. Since there was some kind of event in Oklahoma City all rooms were sold out as well & I had no choice. I paid for a room that stated it was a good place & high rating on your site & it was beneath a roach motel in my eyes. I am totally disgusted that I had to pay to sleep in my car that’s depressing & despicable Im demanding a refund or credit & I need to be compensated for my inconvenience.This experience is unacceptable‼️

The place had a really bad mold problem that you can tell is being covered up with air Fragrance, the bathroom in my room was filthy there was dirt dust and hair all over as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also Please be sure to pack extra necessities, my roommate ran out of toothpaste and the front desk told us they don’t carry any toiletries like normal hotels. For the price that we paid it’s safe to say “you get what you pay for”.

When I checked in the guy (respectfully) smelled like onions & BO given that was my first impression my hopes weren’t to high. My room had a weird smell. (Not a good one) also the hot tub made my skin break out I assume due to much Clorox or dirty water? There’s also a reason the breakfast is “free” the gravy is straight powdered water. Let’s just say I won’t be staying here again my fault for getting the more affordable hotel cheaper is definitely NOT better.

The breakfast was nice more than just waffles and cereal but the hotel leaves alot to be desired. None of the doors to outside had locks and all of the parking lot lights did not work its ridiculous that they had lights on the side of the building but all the big lights were not working.
