A great room, very clean and great view of the ocean! Delicious coffee in the morning!

We stayed for the first time ever there for two nights. Being right next to the beach is the best amminity! It was reasonably priced and perfect for what we needed! Clean and friendly service! We will be back!

We stayed for one night in October to visit our daughter at URI. The room had an amazing ocean view, and the sunrise was gorgeous! Although quite small, the room was very clean and updated. The staff were friendly and thorough. The breakfast was underwhelming, but did the trick! We would definitely stay again!

The shower in the standard room is very tiny. We were there in mid October and it was quiet. It was a perfect location.

After staying in several good hotels this trip, I have to say the Scarbrough beach motel was my absolute favorite. The owner was attentive, friendly and full of hospitality. The hotel was cozy, very clean, and we’ll kept. The property is in tiptop shape, and attention to detail was an added bonus. We all loved it. The beach across the street was the icing on the cake. Our room was an efficiency. It was well stocked, well organized and very clean. The grab and go breakfast was fresh and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was cheerful, accommodating, and helpful. The location is right across the road from a beautiful beach. The town is charming, and when we were there in early September, it was nearly empty. We had the beach to ourselves. Motel has been upgraded. New beds and bedding, paint job, AC and such. Friendly staff very willing to accommodate

Beautiful location within walking distance of a gorgeous beach. Updated, clean, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Mini kitchen great for people staying a few days. Staff friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect location for a beach visit. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The bathroom is very cramped, but the room is comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! We could walk across the street to the beach for morning walk, visit many places around like Block Island, and eat at local restaurants.
