Does not allow the use of pool without a swimming cap! Unbelievable, wasn't even going to wet my hair and wanted me to purchase from them. Just another way to make money

Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

The warm smiles of all the staff soothed my tiredness. The breakfast Dosa is very delicious. The room was also spacious and clean. I want to stay here again.

Excellent hospitality, especially Jalal and Santanu were the two who really helped us choose the menu and served the food with so much pleasant smile on their face. Really nice experience. The ambience with soft music was also very enjoyable.

The buffet dinner was excellent. The kids enjoyed it!! The ambience and music was also good..Gouri was excellent in customer service and attention. We will plan more family meals here and share the review with friends and extended family..

Stephin was a delightful server and was very attentive. He checked on us frequently and was very helpful and kind. I'd be happy to come back anytime. This is my first time in India and so far it has been very great! Thanks to all at the Sherston Infopark!

Excellent service and food. Taste wise amazing. Food quality was fabulous staff has been very kind and offering options which aren’t present at the buffet. Variety of options and multi cuisine options available. Ambiance was brilliant.

I visit this four points almost twice a week and I’ve experienced amazing hospitality with amazing staff. Keep up the great work. The employees are very sweet and helpful and assist you immediately. The hotel is also good cleanliness wise.
