Best Service, especially the staff are highly professional & every helpful. Food is good rooms are kept well. Quite & a peaceful place to stay

Good staff, nice looking hotel, good sized rooms and local area nice, nice beach 15min walk away. Internet was slow and needed repeated password. The swimming pool was well looked after, as were the grounds. I enjoyed my stay.

Awesome food, good hospitality in front office byAjas and sweety madam and good room service and clean and neat atmosphere. Excellent swimming pool and good spa and indoor games are well planned. Pedal boat kayaking was enjoyable and our trip was a memorable one. Good keep it up 👏👏

Bed and breakfast was good, location was near the Fort Kochi jetty. Hotel is remote from the city. It is one and a half hour drive from the airport. Nothing interesting in the vicinity. Beach lovers should stay either in Fort Kochi or Cherai beach.

Situated in a very quiet location looks fabulous from the outside and the size of the rooms and balcony are excellent We had a problem with the ac in our original room but eventually we were moved to another spacious room. The whole hotel was very clean and the lobby well maintained Most of the staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly organising a massage treatment for my daughter's birthday at short notice. Breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss and the menu as a whole was poor. Alcohol was limited to beer no wine or spirits and guessed were FORBIDDEN to bring food or drink into the hotel. Not sure how they planned to implement this policy which we tactfully ignored. The staff surprised my daughter with a a beautiful cake on her birthday which was a very kind gesture and very much appreciated The pool area has 3 sunloungers !!! and is poorly maintained. On the whole we had a relaxing time here enjoying our daily trips by ferry into Chochi for some great food and sightseeing. The staff here deserve 10/10 for effort but the owners need to review their business plan as the hotel is running on empty

Staff very good, WiFi kept needing fresh log in, TV didn't work, I got told off for taking room towel to pool, some option on menu not available.

Hi The stay was excellent.X mas eve dinner was very good. The breakfast was so cold & taste also very bad. House keeping staff gave admirable services. The rooms were clean. Front office staff were friendly. Poulose

The stay was good and food was good quality. They have indoor and outdoor games and boating. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Despite it's immediate surroundings, the location is excellent. It is in the Fort Cochin area and very close to all the tourist land marks. The hotel itself is really good. The ***ger is incredibly knowledgeable. When asked for suggestions given our time available (2 days), he came up with an excellent itinerary and arranged all the travel needs. He even suggested where we should eat (again excellent suggests). Staff were really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kochi. The hotel rooms have the feel of old time hotels (spacious, tall ceilings) but with all the modern amenities.

Worst experience Please don't book this hotels who are vegetarian. Not a also marking color code for veg or non veg, all foods were cold. Staffs are also not responsible for any complaints. ***ager also not interested to talk. Hotel property is good.

Very calm and quiet, neat and clean,beautiful surrounding, friendly staffs and great service, special thanks to mr, andrew for all the serivces, highly recommended. Esp for family's and solo travelles., this is also kids friendly place with swimming pool, park and boating.

Not the greatest but for one night was good, and comfy.

Big classic hotel like traditional type. But zero on hospitality grounds. Not even a smile gesture on reception during check in process. Extreme slow service. Food quality par par below. Asked wifi password nobody even show up . Nobody cares at dinner service, my 9 year kid is waiting for glass of water for about 10 minutes, even she mentioned that hotel is not good. They need to work lot on their standards.

Hotel is superb with great interior . We got welcome drink the moment we arrived . food quality is best , hotel staff polite & help full .we stayed in executive room which is very spacious . The pool & boating experience is awesome .
