The welcome in this heritage property just sways you to blissfullness! The view of the backwaters and sunset boat tour is amazing! They served our breakfast upon request on the porch outside early morning and the weather made it perfect to enjoy chai ***** with some rain! The hospitality of the staff is out of this world, Ahilan took great care of our food preferences and catered to every small nuances! We felt really pampered!

I would say Anmol Agarwal such a wonder person I must say really a helpful personality I was there with my wife and taj cochin is a wonderful property and such a wonderful location I must say you should visit here once in a lifetime taj really good

Excellent hospitality and tasty food. staff are very cooperative and helpful .The complimentary hitea and boating in the cruise is a value add above all. will suggest all to visitthis place and enjoy .

I had the best yoga session ever! Shree is very intuitive knowledgeable and kind. I had a private yoga session with him this morning and I wish I can have more session with him when I go back home. Highly recommended. Thank you Shree. The food in the hotel is amazing and the staff is kind and attentive. We were treated as a royalty. Thank you 🙏

Thank you Taj Malabar for a wonderful holiday experience. We flew from Mumbai in Tata Air Vistara. On landing we were politely greeted by the chauffeur and drove in a Tata Safari. And then we stayed at the Taj. All ***** we enjoyed the hospitality of The Taj brand. We were given a warm welcome by the front office team. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The room was clean with an excellent view of the backwaters. The food spread was excellent. We actively interacted with Chef Anoop and team and enjoyed delicious Kerala cuisine. We also greatly enjoyed the dance program showcasing the various dance forms of South India. Special thank to Alex from the restaurant, Abhijat, Kashish from the front office for extending all support. Taj Malabar has made an amazing impact on me. I hope to visit again soon.

The Taj Malabar Cochin, with its recently renovated heritage rooms, provided an unforgettable experience for my mom's birthday and her first visit to Cochin. The rooms were beautifully appointed, blending modern comforts with classic charm. Although the new Dolphin Bar was still under construction during our stay, the anticipation for its opening only added to the excitement. A highlight of our trip was the exceptional service at the Pepper restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make my mom's birthday dinner special, and their warmth and attentiveness throughout our stay truly made us feel welcome. Overall, our experience at the Taj Malabar Cochin was nothing short of excellent. The combination of stunning accommodations, delicious food, and warm hospitality made it a truly memorable vacation for my mom and me. We look forward to returning in the future to see the completed Dolphin Bar and to once again enjoy the exceptional service that the hotel is known for.

Excellent hospitality of the Taj Group as always. The Yoga sessions by instructor Sreejith was the hallmark of the trip - So wonderfully explained & made to experience. A MUST DO by all guests for a true wellness and rejuvenation experience.

Taj Malabar had planned many activities like cruise, dances, breakfast, tea, fitness Center. All were good but the best was yoga with teacher Srijith each morning at Taj. Srijith yoga instructor is not only very knowledgeable but is also a great teacher. Thanks to Taj Malabar for arranging sessions with Srijith yoga instructor 🙏

Yoga session was best with instructor named sreejith he is great and very knowledgeable person must experience the same Also it was nice to have a chat with him and understand basics of yoga which is really a must to do in taj kochi would recommend it fully

Beautiful property although you have to go through the port area. Hospitality is unparalleled! Best check in experience. All the staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating! Experienced the spa service - that too was amazing! I would definitely come back

Had a wonderful stay for a day. Enjoyed the hospitality. Starting from the welcome rituals we had a great time including the yatch ride, Kathakali, delicious dinner and breakfast, sauna and jacuzzi etc. Staff were courteous and professional. Outdoor ambience could be improved.

Thank you Ms. Elizabeth and team Taj Malabar Resort & Spa for making us feel so welcomed at your wonderful resort. The stunning location by the backwaters, the boat ride, dance performances, pool, spa, jacuzzi and food were to die for! Thank you for making me feel so special as I celebrated my birthday here. Taj properties always feel like a luxurious home away from home and that’s because of wonderful people like you who happen to be the true essence of everything Taj stands for. I just got back and I can’t wait to visit again. Also special shout out again to Ms. Elizabeth for being so warm and lovely, and Deepak ji (Taj Vivanta, Aurangabad) for always ensuring that our family feels special every time we visit a Taj property.

We had a lovely stay at the Taj Malabar for a few days in early July. Booking a room was effortless and the service provided by all the staff was excellent throughout our stay. I would like to mention Ahilan in particular for looking after us in the restaurant. In fact all the staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. I would be very happy to use the hotel again in the future and also to recommend to our friends.

We had an excellent and memorable stay in spite of the monsoon weather. The striking point to say is the wonderful hospitality that we received throughout our 2 nights of stay, right from the moment we stepped into the hotel and till our departure. Food is fantastic and we enjoyed the two days quite well.

My office team has gone for a dinner at Taj Malabar and they all had a wonderful memorable experience from the staff over there . They took care of them so well . The front office manger mrs Elizabath was so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks and appreciation to Ahilan, Alex and Jenson for their warm hospitality and great service done during the entire time . They really took care of my team very well . Thanks
