We have a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest the hotel to have more vegan options. Such as chia seeds, flax seeds and so on. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The service is perfect, dale help us with everything we ask he is a very nice person. We come in the night and dale steel help us to find room for us. The hotel is very good, good pool, good gym and the breakfast very nice. I recommend come to this hotel.

It's a great hotel, the pool is great, the location is super, not only is the sea beautiful, but the food is also great.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The location of the hotel is great! Right on the beach with the mountain behind you and it's a 15-minute walk to town where you can find everything you need! There's a laundromat and a hairdresser directly opposite! A mini market is a 3-minute walk away! Only the food that you can order at the pool isn't very good. The chicken satay came out of the microwave. But the waiters at the pool were very nice and always asked if everything was OK and if you needed anything else!

A beautiful beachfront hotel with amazing views. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly. The hotel is very central. Dale was very professional and polite and very helpful. Dale made our stay more enjoyable. than what it already was. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Great hotel! Great location, walking range from the haddrin center and beach The staff and the service was beyond excellent. The place is clean and 24/7 service with smile and kindness. The food was good and the private room was big and comfortable.

Very lovely hotel with lovely staff and amenities with an amazing pool overlooking the ocean with a swim up bar, pepe was very helpful with organising all of my transport needs ,Highly recommended this hotel to anyone thinking of going……..

The hotel service was so polite and nice. Dale was very helpful and smile person. We are very excited to stay here. The hotel looks very romantic,relaxing,cozy and just for take a brake from everything We are gonna celebrate our anniversary so we are looking forward to stay on this hotel

All in all, it was a super modern and clean hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly, especially Dale, who was a very experienced member of staff. The service at the pool was a bit unmotivated and we always had to call them so we could order drinks and food.

We had a great experience during our stay at the hotel. The service was very good, the rooms were very good. The shower had some light stream of water.

I can't connect to the internet at all. There is not enough supply of towels when cleaning the room. All towels were available at check-in, but the number decreased every day, and by the third day, there were only two bath towels and one face towel. Also, the cleaning of the room had been interrupted midway through, the garbage was piling up in the middle of the room, and the toilet was soaking wet and wouldn't restart even after waiting, so I called the cleaning staff to finish it. High price and poor performance

We stayed for one night. We arrived at 12:30/13:00, and fully understood when told we would have to wait until 15:00 for check in (the time specified by the hotel anyway). We waited until then and again tried to check in, but they informed us the room wasn’t ready, and we would have to wait until 16:00. We did just that, and after waiting at reception for almost 50 minutes, we finally managed to check in almost 2 hours after the supposed check in time. The staff first blamed the fact that the hotel was fully booked the day before so some late check out were slowing the system down, then blamed a slow computer system. Either way, without much apology or compensation from the hotel, we finally checked in. The room was quite nice, and was very clean. However, in the room and throughout the hotel, the wifi was atrocious, meaning my wife couldn’t do any work, which she does online. Additionally, despite having televisions in the room, the wifi is so bad that the television apps don’t actually work. Breakfast was okay, but certainly not the quality you would expect from a five star hotel. The rice, noodles and sausages were pretty rubbish, but the salad and cereal bar were excellent, as well as the coffee machine. The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous - the pool is amazing and beautiful, with loads of relaxing areas around it and a beautiful view of the sea. The bar is fairly expensive but nothing you wouldn’t expect. Overall we were quite disappointed by our stay here. We would not stay here again, but we recognise that the hotel absolutely has redeeming features, but is managed very poorly. Despite the staff being very friendly and welcoming, they seem not to really know what they are doing. There were 7 of them at one point behind reception and it was as though none of them knew how to perform a check in.
